i went in to metropolitan appliance on memorial day weekend and had done my online research and was…read morepretty certain what i wanted in terms of a replacement slide in stove. jacob a approached me and ended up helping me. we spent over an hour talking about options and discussing standard coil vs induction/glass top. i wasn't going to go that route but jacob is very thorough and not pushy at all; multiple times he stated that his goal was for me to purchase something i felt comfortable with and would be happy to own. i appreciated that. ultimately i decided to go with a frigidaire model that was a drastic improvement on the stove/oven i've lived with for two decades. he took care of the payment paperwork, the scheduling of delivery which had to wait until now and also all the communication between us. he was also kind enough to send a follow up email alerting me to being eligible for a rebate based on the model i had chosen. today, the delivery folks showed up within the stated window and i'll just say that the tracking system clients are sent to know when to expect the delivery is magic! it helped a lot to be prepared and to have cleared the adjacent space but it left no guessing for when they would arrive. jorge and his teammate (sorry, i didn't catch his name) were professional and efficient. they knew how to handle the extrication of the old appliance, how to set up the new one and insure it was level, and they walked me through basic operating instructions. all told (and i haven't yet used the appliance) i have been very happy with the level of service and courteous communication from this business. it makes me want to provide their name to others who are in the appliance market and to use them again when i next need a replacement.

Called them, they came out and tried to fix it but didn't have the parts. They gave me an entirely different dryer, which has been working great. Two weeks later, my oven started to die, so went back. Got a good one with some nice features, and they were able to deliver the same day. Came out, swapped the old oven, installed the new one, made sure everything worked. They treat their customers very well. They have made a regular customer out of me.

When I returned he not only was processing someone else's order of 5x cans of paint, but hadn't started my order. Even after asking for a manager, he continued to help two other customers before getting a manager. The manager was professional and helped me through processing my order after Vivaldo's terrible customer service. I entered the store for only two gallons of paint and bags of dirt and left definitely considering to buy paint somewhere else in the future.

I tried calling the 360 427 1202, which is listed as their number, but could not reach a live person. If this is a blanket email to all customers, please monitor your emails so it does not go to everybody who doesn't need your service. This is a bad business practice.
