It is clear they are particular about their ingredient selection and handling. It was also clear that they care about putting out a good product and having good customer service. I was almost going to buy Taiyaki but it was adding up so next time. It was getting costly. I'm a bit disappointed that they don't have the standard milk tea flavor that I'm use to in California.
