I have been looking for authentic Chinese food for as long as I've lived in Texas and I think I might have found it. This is a food truck located within a residential area that only takes call ins. This is the hectic part because you may or may not get through but trust me its worth the calling and wait time. I ordered sweet & sour chicken, crab ragoon, and shrimp fried rice. The portions are hefty! I was able to eat off of it about three separate times. The shrimp fried rice included large pieces of shrimp as well. Food: Food was amazing! We got the General Tso's Chicken, Beef Broccoli, order of Chicken Wings (6), Egg Drop Soup, and 2 egg rolls. It was all SUPER yummy and made fresh. General Tso's Chicken had some jalapeños so it's spicy (which i loved) but just in case someone needs to know (because I didn't a pepper indicating spice or something). Egg rolls were super great too! Portion sizes were good, good enough for two meals for each entree we ordered. We are big on Asian Cuisine and have traveled to several different Asian countries including China. Their food is very authentic and cooked with passion and love, if you goto their food truck and watch you will witness the magic happen right in front of your eyes. We ordered the pork fried rice, beef broccoli and general tso chicken. The rice was excellent pork was tasted great and seasoned. The beef and broccoli was also pretty good I enjoyed the broccoli more than the beef and the chicken was also tender but super saucy for my liking and the pieces were very big.
