I have own this product for a while and it has NEVER failed in super cleaning and pleasing me. I also use the heavy duty Oxy solution for pets. The trick is not to be in a hurry. Use the Hoover with very hot tap water and cover the entire rug twice but go over the NASTY spots several times. Then after emptying the machine rinse the rug again using hot tap water. Amazing how much more it cleans. Now since I am OCD I go over the rug again with no fluids to help the rug to dry even faster. Pets or no pets if you have a rug I highly suggest you RUN out and purchase this machine. 1 cleaning pays for itself. Oh, and don't skimp on the cleaner. AH, I can breathe again!!!

I usually end up here when I'm shopping with my sister, and it feels like a field trip. Now, H-E-B is not what it used to be. Sure, they still have solid products, and those yellow coupons dangling from the shelves like little golden tickets are a nice touch. But it's getting harder to find anything that's not the H-E-B brand. I don't mind their brand--it's good!--but sometimes I want something different, you know? Like sometimes you want Dr Pepper, not "Dr. Practically Pepper." And when they do stop carrying items, they don't always replace them with something even remotely similar. RIP to the snacks I'll never see again. As for service... I can't really say. I don't usually need help, so I'm not hunting for employees like they're Pokémon. That said, I did notice at least five workers a couple trips ago, busy restocking or doing mysterious cooking-connection things. This last trip, they were EVERYWHERE. It seemed like every person who works there was on duty and everywhere I turned there were people restocking and pushing large carts full of stuff. There were a few times when I felt like we were in their way since there were so many people stocking shelves and moving things around. It was kind of chaotic. The store itself is big, which means if I'm with my sister, I'm in there for at least an hour while she roams every aisle like it's Disneyland. Thankfully, the aisles are roomy, so you don't have to do awkward grocery-cart bumper cars just to get by. It's open, airy, and surprisingly refreshing for a place that sells raw chicken. And yes, I always leave with more than I came for. But isn't that just the H-E-B way?

I lived in Ecuador down in South America for some time years ago doing some volunteer work over there. I also travel to Mex every chance I get..... before the covid times. So I do very much have a fondness for establishments that remind me of places I've visited in other countries. I don't have some kind of specific product or anything like that to highlight. I just overall liked the experience of being at Mi Tienda. Has a great vibe to it in my opinion. I'll be back at some point to hang around here and see what interesting food finds I can pick up. This Aldi location is okay at best. I say that because I purchased a can of cashews, and guess…read morewhat? When I got home to eat a snack, all of the nuts tasted awful and had black spots. So, I went to Google to find out why cashews have black spots. It is not recommended to eat those cashews, as they can indicate damage from bugs, oxidation, or fungal growth. So, that means that I cannot eat it therefore, I wasted my money on a product that should not have been on the shelves. Another issue that I have with this location is the fact that they don't have a lot of vegan options; they sell tofu, almond, soy, shelf-substitute meat/some meal options (that are tasteless). I've been to other locations that have variety. Also, some of the peanuts in a can that I purchased from here were stale, so I had to immediately toss them as they weren't fresh. I purchased some crackers that weren't expired and they were stale too. The produce doesn't last long and is bruised up. This location usually has a homeless person out front begging for quarters from the shopping carts. I came here because it is close to my house.
