    This Walmart has serious deficiencies in their management and their staff. We have experienced some friendly and helpful staff at this location, but we were treated horribly by one manager, Patricia, and staff with whom she was socializing. Patricia, a short white man, and an older woman with brown hair were rude and hateful apparently in an attempt to leave the store at exactly 11pm when the store closed. They had only left one cashier open at the opposite end of the exit and we had gotten in line at 10:50pm. The cashier was slow and joking with her customers in front of us. She was yelling across to the male that she "won't be getting out of here until 11:30" and was giving us dirty looks. The same man had told us at 10:45 to "go get in line" while we were finding our final items. She never hurried to get us all out of the store because she stood and joked with the customers and discussed her life in great detail. She began checking us out and I said to my husband "we've been waiting here for 10 minutes. This could have been avoided if they had more checkout lanes open instead of only self check for people with more items". We have a family of 8 and this was our bi-weekly trip to stock up. The cashier began yelling "Patricia!!" and told another woman to get her. She never said anything to us and was apathetically moving our items across the scanner as we put them into the cart. About 5 minutes later, a heavily tattooed woman with dyed blonde hair came and asked what we wanted. The cashier claimed that she decided to call a manager because we had spoken to each other about having more lanes open so customers would not have to wait. Earlier when my husband had been in line I had looked for a shirt while we were waiting and the same manager had come from the back and yelled at me that the store was closed and I needed to exit. I explained politely that we were already waiting in line. So these employees were hoping to leave for personal reasons instead of do their jobs. The manager told me she shuts down all the checkouts in an attempt to let her employees leave at 11. She had no concern for customer care or making sure we were not waiting because we would also like to leave instead of stay an extra 45 minutes. Over the past 2 years, several other employees, usually younger men, have helped us toward the end of the night, but they were friendly, professional, and fast so we were done very quickly despite having two full carts. We were always able to leave before or at closing time. The manager lied and said that she saw me get in line after 11pm which she knew was a lie because she followed me to my husband who was in line and I had already stood there for 5 minutes before I went to look at shirts. The manager shrugged it off and made no apology for her employee who rudely started a false complaint on our behalf. My husband asked her why she called a manager for us and the cashier began to insult him. The manager then pushed past me and scratched me with her belt and grabbed the cashier and pulled her away shouting "walk away! Walk away!" The cashier stood and watched while drinking a soda as her manager slowly fumbled through the rest of the items. We were stunned and waited quietly for her to finally finish the job that should have been done 10 minutes prior. The manager commented that our receipt was "the longest she had ever seen" as we left. No thank you for the $700 we spent there that keeps her employed. I took photos of them so people can see who to avoid as these women are unable to be professional or mature. Patricia should not be a manager as she cannot control herself and has inappropriate boundaries with her employees. The cashier did not leave, but stood around socializing, drinking a drink, and smoking. We can use our hard earned dollars at HEB or Target because once again, Walmart proves they are the bottom of the barrel.

    There phone system sucks. They put me on hold 5 times in a row. Totally unacceptable staff up a little if you're that busy.

Since it's that time of year when medical plans roll over, she initially thought that the script wasn't covered. We let her know that it was in fact covered, and she very politely asked us to hold tight while she did some research. Long story short, she handled everything, and we drove away with a prescription that was covered by insurance. Insurance companies are the epitome of evil with their ever-changing coverage allowances. We pay exorbitant premiums, and then they decide to not cover something because it would affect their bottom line. But I digress. When it comes to prescriptions, this store is one of the better ones within 2-3 local zip codes. And a special shout-out to Valerie. She's an outstanding ambassador.

Had not been delivered by 8 pm so I called. "Out for delivery" means "we have prepared the label for USPS pickup which will be tomorrow and maybe your prescription will be at your home in two to three days." My package was sent to another town's post office (1), to big city distribution center (2), back to 1 back to my town's post office, back to 1, back to 2, back to 1 and, finally and for the third time, back to my town's post office. Delivery was 11 days after order for next day delivery had been placed. The only problem I've ever had with this pharmacy, but folks who use it need to know it's better to put on your walking shoes and go yourself - you'll get your medicine 10 days sooner.

Tiffany is super friendly and very good at customer service. But not just that, she's good about building a relationship with the customer and making sure the product they provide will meet the needs of their customers. She was very thorough in asking me what my family needed as far as fillers, colors, coatings, etc. Previously, we had been driving more than an hour and half to pick up compounded medications. Now, our drive is only 30 minutes or so round trip. And the costs are similar so where we saved was in time and travel expenses. I am impressed and so happy to call this our new compounding pharmacy. Also, very happy our allergist told us about them because, even though we'd been in that shopping center many times, I never noticed the pharmacy (probably because we always commented on how funny it was that a flower shop was right next to an allergist). Tiffany said they opened in 2015. We started seeing the nearby allergist in June 2016, so it's always been there! Now that I have been there, I don't know how I missed it all these times!! Highly recommend!
