The food has always been solid. The tacos are flavorful, the portions are generous, and they do not skimp on the meat. It can be a little on the oily side, but for a food truck that is part of the experience and it still hits every time. You can tell the team works hard. Even when they're busy the line moves and the quality has been consistent every visit. The pricing is more than fair for what you get, which is another reason we kept coming back. After browsing their menu, I ordered (1) al pastor burrito, (1) carnitas taco, and (1) chorizo taco. Despite a large order, everything was neatly packed within 10 minutes. They also included the sauces in the bag. The chorizo taco was a bit lacking in flavor, but I consider it 3/5. I liked the asada tacos a lot better and consider it a 3.5/5. For the burrito, this was definitely my favorite and I'd give it a 4/5. There was a lot of flavor in the onion, beans, rice, etc. The only drawback was the burrito was falling apart with each bite, so be prepared to get messy! One thing to note is that the pepper they gave was very spicy. If you're looking to dine here, there are a few tables in the front that accommodates large groups.
