The family who runs the business is also so kind and friendly! There were a few times we showed right before closing and they were still so accommodating and quick! They're typically located in Covina, but I recommend checking their Instagram page before visiting since their location can occasionally change for events. I initially went to the address listed on Google and Yelp, only to find they weren't there. After checking Instagram, I learned they were participating in the West Covina Electric Boba Fest & Night Market. Each pizza is made to order and took about 15 minutes to prepare. I ordered the Diavola, and it came out with a beautiful char throughout the crust that added a delicious smoky flavor. The pizza was perfectly saucy, the crust was light and pillowy, and every bite had the right amount of cheese. I can definitely see the care, love and quality that goes into each pizza.

First things first I like the amount of chicken they give you.... some trucks give you so little protein but this place gives you a good amount. Along with their fried rice and their sauce. I was told it would be a 15-20 minute wait, which is usually how long I normally wait at Mi Hibachi. I told the cashier (owner) I'll go to the store real quick and be back. I returned at 6:25, and my order was still not ready. I thought to myself "hey, maybe they have a big order, let's give it a few more minutes." 6:30, nothing ready. 6:40, nope, my order is still not ready. I see the cooks going back and forth as if they're making a bunch of orders at one time. Okay, so where is my order? Do they not know how to prioritize orders? I am literally standing in front of them, in pouring rain, pissed the hell off. Annoyed is an understatement for how I felt. Finally, 6:52, my order is ready. I take my order home, and once I get home, hungry and ready to eat, guess what? I take one bite of the rice, and it's stale. As if the rice was reheated from the microwave. I've never had this issue until today. Did they see my annoyed face and think they had to rush my order even faster so I don't complain? Well guys, as a restaurant owner myself, this is not how you should do business. Learn to prioritize your orders, especially when there are customers waiting in front of you. 20 minutes turning into 40 minutes is absolutely ridiculous. Also, this is just a side note. DIABLO means SPICY, very very very very very spicy. Your diablo sauce literally tastes like sriracha, hummus, and mayo. Isn't spicy at all. I, as of today will no longer be supporting this business. I am now sitting at home, cooking myself my own steam rice, and pairing with the steak and shrimp I got from Mi Hibachi. Oh, and I also need to use Truff hot sauce cause this sauce ain't cutting it.

The food has always been solid. The tacos are flavorful, the portions are generous, and they do not skimp on the meat. It can be a little on the oily side, but for a food truck that is part of the experience and it still hits every time. You can tell the team works hard. Even when they're busy the line moves and the quality has been consistent every visit. The pricing is more than fair for what you get, which is another reason we kept coming back. It had been a while since my last stop, but I saw the truck driving the other day and it reminded me I needed to leave a review. Definitely due for another late night taco run soon.

There wasn't a line at around 5:30 pm, so it was quick to order. This truck accepts Zelle payments, which was huge! After browsing their menu, I ordered (1) al pastor burrito, (1) carnitas taco, and (1) chorizo taco. Despite a large order, everything was neatly packed within 10 minutes. They also included the sauces in the bag. The chorizo taco was a bit lacking in flavor, but I consider it 3/5. I liked the asada tacos a lot better and consider it a 3.5/5. For the burrito, this was definitely my favorite and I'd give it a 4/5. There was a lot of flavor in the onion, beans, rice, etc. The only drawback was the burrito was falling apart with each bite, so be prepared to get messy! One thing to note is that the pepper they gave was very spicy. If you're looking to dine here, there are a few tables in the front that accommodates large groups.

AKA....Foodapalooza!…read more This would have been a 5 star review had the guys from Grill 'Em All showed up on time. But they didn't, in fact, they showed up about an hour late and took another 45 minutes to prep. So this totally clogged up the Grilled Cheese truck. Luckily, the line at the Nom Nom truck was short enough and my GF was able to order a Pork Banh Mi. The banh mi was great. It was my GF's first time and she fell in love. She had this look in her eye, it was special. There was another burger truck, a cupcake truck and an ice cream truck also on the premises. But it seemed that everyone was here for the Grilled Cheese truck and Grill 'Em All. There was also a jazz band that played beautifully. I think if I wasn't in a hunger daze, I probably would have turned around to find out the name of the band. I'm sorry, I was here for Grill 'Em All. Once the Grill 'Em All truck finally opened, I was disappointed to find out that H-100's and Truffle Oil weren't available. I was so looking forward to the H-100's. So what did I do? I ordered a Behemoth (burger, bacon, and grilled peppers between TWO grilled cheese sandwiches) and a side of Pommes Frites. Watchu know about the Behemoth...
