Anyway, my go-to has always been the Salsiccia, which is a mushroom-and-sausage pizza. Other favorites include the Carnivora for meat eaters and the Margherita if you want something classic. The dough is soft and chewy with nicely charred blisters around the crust, the sauce they use really sings, and the ingredients (particularly the basil) are fresh and flavorful. I definitely recommend eating their pies as soon as you receive them. My wife and I don't even wait to drive back home because we know the best time to eat a piping hot pizza is right away. I look forward to trying their pesto-based pizzas, like the Regina, next time we visit!

With the tacos, you put garnishing after they hand you the plate. With the burrito, they let you put the garnishing first before they wrap it. It ended up so big that I asked them to cut it in half. We also ordered some drinks which are either soda, water or frescas. I had the horchata which was very good but too sweet but there's nothing an additional ice can't fix. We ended up all full and satisfied. Everything was great. I could have easily given them five stars but we were overcharged. The next day my friend went and inquired about it. Although they acknowledged the mistake and gave a refund, I would suggest checking your bill before paying.

Every single Freddy's event I've been to has been a good experience. Sometimes trucks do cancel, but they're always replaced by another truck. There's generally enough seating, and the events aren't chaotic. Entertainment varies, but there's something to keep you occupied while you eat. Our favorite thing? Dogs are allowed (given they're on a leash and friendly of course).

They not only provide a great variety of gourmet food trucks, but there's a dj, magician, I've even run into Hello Kitty in costume, face painters and plenty of Facebook contest/giveaways for food too! But they didn't, in fact, they showed up about an hour late and took another 45 minutes to prep. So this totally clogged up the Grilled Cheese truck. Luckily, the line at the Nom Nom truck was short enough and my GF was able to order a Pork Banh Mi. The banh mi was great. It was my GF's first time and she fell in love.
