So our group of ten headed out and parked by the strip mall where Skechers is. Everyone didn't waste time in ordering. Most people in the group had tacos while I had burrito. Service was really fast. With the tacos, you put garnishing after they hand you the plate. With the burrito, they let you put the garnishing first before they wrap it. It ended up so big that I asked them to cut it in half. We also ordered some drinks which are either soda, water or frescas. I had the horchata which was very good but too sweet but there's nothing an additional ice can't fix. We ended up all full and satisfied. Everything was great. I could have easily given them five stars but we were overcharged. The next day my friend went and inquired about it. Although they acknowledged the mistake and gave a refund, I would suggest checking your bill before paying.

I see the cooks going back and forth as if they're making a bunch of orders at one time. Okay, so where is my order? Do they not know how to prioritize orders? I am literally standing in front of them, in pouring rain, pissed the hell off. Annoyed is an understatement for how I felt. Finally, 6:52, my order is ready. I take my order home, and once I get home, hungry and ready to eat, guess what? I take one bite of the rice, and it's stale. As if the rice was reheated from the microwave. I've never had this issue until today. Did they see my annoyed face and think they had to rush my order even faster so I don't complain? Well guys, as a restaurant owner myself, this is not how you should do business. Learn to prioritize your orders, especially when there are customers waiting in front of you. 20 minutes turning into 40 minutes is absolutely ridiculous. Also, this is just a side note. DIABLO means SPICY, very very very very very spicy. Your diablo sauce literally tastes like sriracha, hummus, and mayo. Isn't spicy at all. I, as of today will no longer be supporting this business. Every single Freddy's event I've been to has been a good experience. Sometimes trucks do cancel, but they're always replaced by another truck. There's generally enough seating, and the events aren't chaotic. Entertainment varies, but there's something to keep you occupied while you eat. Our favorite thing? Dogs are allowed (given they're on a leash and friendly of course).

They not only provide a great variety of gourmet food trucks, but there's a dj, magician, I've even run into Hello Kitty in costume, face painters and plenty of Facebook contest/giveaways for food too! They are "dog on a leash" friendly, so I love that factor too like previous poster, Vanessa. When I don't feel like cooking, Freddy's Food Court is a blessing! It did take me awhile to get to my seat so the noodles were soggier than I would have liked but I just personally prefer more Al dente noodles but think the texture would be fine for other people. But it is slightly slower during cold winter nights. The events start around 5:30pm to 10:00pm, and may shut down earlier if the crowds are down. It's always fun to try new food.
