From the very start, right when I called to book my first appointment, I was treated like an old friend, and the Office Manager, Jill, showed genuine concern for my concerns & symptoms. When I got in and was able to see Dr. Sterchi (the very next day!), he was also very focused on what was bothering me. At the same time, he actually explained everything to me, instead of using dumbed down terms and descriptions. That's always been something I truly appreciate. I left my first visit with a clear outlook of what our plan of attack would be. When I returned today, it only got better. I had NO IDEA I was supposed to feel this way! It's fantastic. Again, Dr. Sterchi was great and so is his staff. I'm looking forward to my next appointment on Monday. Sterchi Chiropractic was a recommendation from a friend, and now I see why! The business is in a strip mall, unassuming and doesn't pander to luxury. But my massage was in a quiet, well equipped room, dimly lit, and exceedingly comfortable. Therapeutic massage can touch deep along the spine and wake up nerves and muscles that don't want to unkink! It can hurt but in a masochistic, it'll make you better kind of way. On one end of the spectrum you have clinics that throw a heating pad on your back, give you some adjustments and send you on your way all in less than 15 mins of treatment. Spinal Rehab is on the other end of the spectrum. My treatment has included soft tissue therapy, chiropractic adjustments, and (critically) instruction on exercises that will help correct the problem and keep it from coming back. This place is looking to get you healthy, so you can get back to what you want to do. They are not looking to keep you coming back for treatment for week after week. To me, that is the proof that they care about my health, because I'm sure it would be more profitable to have long-term customers who continually need adjustments.

I spoke to her several times while waiting, and she was very friendly , but did not get any exams or therapy done thru her. Parking can be a bit tight as they share the lot with other businesses but usually its not a problem. This is the place to go!

I also had treatment through the physical therapy that is available in their office. I've had no issues and fabulous results. The biggest long-term positive impact is going back for orthotics every year. They are seriously amazing and make every shoe my favorite shoe. My dad and brother have had ingrown toenails removed and orthotics made as well. My mom had bunion surgery from him. All of these have gone great and we continue to go back. Thank you Dr. Vohra!

He automatically tells patients they need orthotics (very expensive) and doesn't even recommend physical therapy. He pushes his wife's services on his patients, she is a doctor in physical medicine and rehabilitation, but he doesn't recommend PT which makes no sense except that they make money together if you go to her. I was appalled at the building as it is a run down house. Everything screams unprofessional. It all felt like a big money scam. I will never go back there again.

Dr Praveen had special orthotics made for me. I have a toe that won't bend and the orthotic actually holds my toe up while I walk. It's so much more secure feeling, I can't thank him enough! I also want to say that his physical therapy staff are all great people. I always enjoy spending time with them. They are very good at what they do. I'm very glad I found them all and highly recommend them all.

Every time I have called about my shoe orthotics they tell me they were mailed the previous day this has been going on since June 4 and now Lena just told my insurance provider today that there is a discrepancy with billing and no they have not been mailed. The lady from the insurance company was quite surprised since claim has been processed and I owe NOTHING! Lena seems to run things in the office so good luck dealing with her. Best of luck but buyer beware!
