I was told $350 then, and again when I visited the office. Now I find that my insurance company was billed $195 for my first office visit and that I have a copay of a little over $21. When I questioned this, I was told, well, sure, that's the price of the orthotics, but seeing the doctor is extra. That's like being told the price of a hamburger is $5 and then getting a bill for $10, because you've got to pay the fry cook. The interaction with Dr. Brandon was minimal. On my initial visit, which I've subsequently told is billed at a higher rate than others as a new patient visit, he spent about 5 minutes with me, looked at my feet from a distance of about 8 feet, and didn't even ask me to take off my shoes. The second visit, when I got the inserts, lasted only about 3 minutes, during which he watched me put the inserts into my shoes and told me they might take awhile to get used to. I expect there'll be another bill for this visit only somewhat slightly less than the last one. PS--my credit card was charged twice, for a total of $525, because they claimed that my first payment of $175 hadn't been put through by them, though in fact it had been. That took a couple of phone calls to straighten out. As for the insoles, they're fine, but it turns out I could have got them locally for a total price of $300, no billing to my insurance.

The Doctor did very little to trouble shoot the real problem but recommended a $400 pair of orthotics and a cortizone shot. They had to give me two shots in my heal because they FORGOT to put in the cortizone in the first shot so they gave me a second shot with the cortizone in it. They were completely unprofessional and unorganized. They charged me $900 that day. They suggested I return for a follow up appointment in which they did nothing but charge me up front again. After both appointments and their incorrect insurance filing, they omitted some of their charges the first time they submitted the claim, it turns out AFA owes me over $300 and they won't pay me. I have left numerous messages about the money they owe, and finally they admitted they owe me the money but won't pay me until November and I talked to them in August and September, borderline fraud or criminal intentions!?!? This business needs to be investigated.

Waited 20+ minutes for a 20-minute appointment in an empty office. Reception staff were watching…read moreyoutube videos and throwing bags of chips at each other in plain view/earshot of the waiting room. Three months later was erroneously billed for an outpatient surgery and received no follow-up emails to my requests for clarification and correction for months. Was finally contacted in in March after leaving a google review and was promised that the charges would be re-evaluated and that they would call me once they reviewed them. I was told to ignore the bill until that time. I have received no follow-up since but continued to be sent the same unsubstantiated bills for the past two months. Now their billing team has shifted to be third party making it even more difficult to contact someone in the office familiar with my file. Do not recommend.

By Friday it was looking infected, so I called the office and asked to come in. I was told that Dr. Adicho was in Las Vegas. By the following Wednesday it was looking REALLY bad so I called the office again and asked to see the doctor. AGAIN I was told he was in Las Vegas... I said the situation was really bad so could I see someone else. I was told they did not "commingle" their patients. In other words, too bad, you're on your own. I ended up in the emergency room at Christus and was put on oral antibiotics and a better, newer antibiotic cream. I was told that the formula for Neosporin which Dr. Adicho suggested hadn't been changed in decades and was no longer effective. I ended up going to another podiatrist because it took a very long time for all of the damage done to heal. Dr. Adicho is incompetent and the office staff is unprofessional and uncaring. I wouldn't recommend these people to ANYONE!
