The office staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. I have been kept informed about any delays, the longest being 5 min past my appt time. The doctors are warm and are always asking about how you are feeling and if you need anything. I have been there several times to have the ingrown toenail surgery and thought I should give a review. First off everyone there is very pleasant to be around and a good environment is always nice, and I can't tell you how much I like Dr. Graebner and how easy she makes it. Also it is very affordable and they even offer payment options if you want to chose that route. All in all it was a very easy and "fairly comfortable" experience, I would not hesitate to go back if I have another problem in the future. I want to thank Dr. Jane Graebner and all the staff I had the pleasure of being helped by at FAAWC/Delaware. Everyone was soooo nice and friendly and very caring! I had a bad and painful bout with plantar fasciitis. I've never been to a podiatrist before and wasn't sure what to expect but I knew I couldn't deal with the pain anymore. Dr. Graebner was all over it, laid out the plan of attack and had me feeling better both physically and mentally by the end of my appointment. I'm not 100% healed yet but I'm well on my way. On our first visit everyone was very friendly and helpful and have continued to be so on our return visits. Have had very short waiting times in waiting room and examining room. All procedures and plan were carefully explained and understood before proceeding with the procedure. Paperwork taken care of promptly and understood. Purchased a groupon for three toenail fungus laser treatments. After my last treatment I received a bill for an office visit. While I was getting my last treatment he asked me how things were going. I answered that the treatments did not appear to be working. I asked if he had any other suggestions regarding my toenails. He recommended a medicated nail polish and wrote me a prescription. I checked out with the desk staff and went home. At no time was I told that there would be an additional office visit charge. After I received the bill I called the offices billing department. She told me she would look into the charge. Long story short...I was charged an office visit charge because he had prescribed the medicated toenail polish. The polish has done nothing for my toe nails. the polish has eaten the skin around my nails which has created an embarrassing scaly dandruff like flaking of the skin on my toes. I will not return to this office. Very disappointed !!! read more

I had a painful case of Plantar Fasciitis and it was effecting my ability, physically and mentally, to do my job and after seeing my family doctor and being recommended to go to the Foot and Ankle Wellness Center I was able to get functioning and performing great again. Dr. Graebner quickly diagnosed the source of my pain and performed the necessary surgery on my first appointment, rather than making me return for a second visit.
