It can only be worked on by benchmade and they can only get it from an authorized dealer. Mast is one of them. I dropped my knife to have it worked on and they kept me in the loop along the way. I knew when it shipped out, I knew when to expect it. Super solid people. Honestly, the five stars applies to the entire store and team but the knife shop did a great job.

I know personally if I feel rushed, I'm not going to buy anything. Customer service is an important part of any business and if that fails, everything else will too.
