After limited shopping done mostly online, it was fun to be in a store searching the racks. My reason for going to the store was an online return. Nordstrom has a great return policy. The return line was long. I almost left but it seemed to be moving so I waited. Well the line moved pretty fast. Marquita, the cashier, was so efficient with the returns/pick ups that I only waited about 7 min. Not only was she efficient, she gave the customers personal attention and was friendly and nice! She had my returned processed so quickly but still was able to have a conversation with me. The store has a lot of merchandise but it clean, staff wear masks and hand sanitizer is available. I asked what time they closed and one the the girls said now....sarcastically. i then asked again and was told 9:00 pm. If the hours had been posted correctly on the Journeys website As it says 10:00 PM i would have made it an effort to go earlier if I had known it was 9:00 PM. Regardless, i had one pair of shoes to return and would have been out of there prior to 9:00. It is bad business to close your doors prior to your closing time. I do not do a lot of reviews however upper management should have a strict policy on when they close their doors.
