Spent most of my time in the putter section and their designated green area, testing out several different putters. As I tried several different brands and models of putters, not one time did their employees come over and asked if I needed any assistance. Apparently, the transaction was inadvertently closed out, and then the shoes and socks were posted again. I saw the discrepancy (being charged twice for one pair of shoes) on my credit card statement, and called the store. I spoke with the store manager that researched this transaction electronic and with video tapes. What he found verified my recollection and the second charge was reversed. They also offered a store credit for my grandsons. I was glad they took the time to look into this and do the right thing. People can make mistakes. At the same time, purchasers are wise to check over their receipts and credit card statements.

The salesperson did say that my orthotics from them can get reimbursed through insurance. If that's true, great if not, we have a problem if she gives out false information to customers.
