This is an expensive place to shop but there are prices on n the low end. it's a comfort shoe place and if you want comfortable shoes, well you know, this is the place for it. I love to engage sales associate to see what level they are on. There's levels to sales and there's a developed skill for persuasion for closing a sales/getting a customer to buy or walk out empty handed or to make an actual purchase, one or more shoes. Sometimes it's the customer that knows whether they are buying or walking. Let me explain, briefly! A cordial greeting and offering assistance is key. You have to break the ice. I used to work for Bostonian/ Clark and Bakers Shoes. They had beautiful boots for women. Anyway- I greeted and broke the ice. The person said that they didn't have money to buy. Reading the potential customer - they were staring at the boots for about 5 minutes. I told her, it doesn't cost money to try on a pair of boots. Conclusion, she waked out, boots in hand. Commission sales mind you! On today 1/28/26 one sales rep greeted and broke the ice but did a relay to his associate. So I picked out the shoes that wanted to try. Levels - the customer comes in with one shoe in mind the sales rep should bring other styles close to desired shoe or another color. So I picked the shoes and made his job easy, very easy. One thing he did that I loved, he serviced me giving undivided attention and assisted me with putting on casual socks and help me put on the shoes. I had dress socks on and it gives a different fit. CONCLUSIONS-I walked out with multiple boots in hand. I basically sold myself the boots and scored $10 percent off. There are areas of improvements - if you greet the customer, seat the customer don't pass them off to someone else. Pro tip- aleays ask if there's a promotional sale. In my case. Found shoes for my daughter's wedding along with some great black flats. Going back soon to get a couple of other pairs of shoes and sneakers I saw. It' was a pleasure shopping there and the fact that they are a locally owned woman's small business makes this store even better.

FF is located in a very busy shopping center. It's an easy in and out and could be a little challenging at times to get a parking spot. Have patience, it will happen. When we walked in I was fortunate enough to find Jamie who helped me find everything I came in here for. I thought it was going to be simple... LOL. All I needed were sneakers and sandals. It took a while since they have over one million pairs of everything here. (OK, maybe a little exaggerated.) I wanted very specific sneakers and sandals and happily I had Jamie working with me to make that happen. When you go to place with such a large selection you know it's going to be a challenge. Patience, my friends, patience. They probably have what your looking for and if you take your time... you'll find it.

I mean, he even followed me all the way to the door as I was exiting the store. I felt so uncomfortable being followed by this man, that I left without purchasing what I came there for. This is the second time that I had this type of experience at this location. The first time was a few years ago, and it was even worse than this experience. During my visit, I wasn't the only customer in the store, but I was the only customer that looked like me and that was being followed. So, If you look like me, or if you care about these type of things happening to people, you shouldn't shop here. And, quite frankly, they don't seem to want people who look like me shopping there anyway.

my favorite store is back open so happy! i always find great deals here…read more with new social distancing guidelines they limit amount of people allowed inside, while waiting outside a staff member or two would come out offerering some water bottles which i thought was a nice gesture, after all people were baking in the sun a bit. dressing rooms are currently not opened (unsure when they will reopen) so i decided to be that girl and the few shirts i tried on i tried on over my shirt i was currently wearing because i was unaware of a return policy at that moment. the register line is long but its normal for tjmaxx/ marshalls so i didnt mind the wait we now all have this extra patience waiting on lines i never mind them and neither did everyone else at this point. i made sure i browsed all areas of the store to crosscheck myself. once online there was about a 10-15 minute wait. they have less registers open about 4 and they are spaced out with large dividers. there was one associate delegating which register was next. when i was checking out i asked the cashier what the return policy was on clothing especially bc fitting rooms are not available the gentleman said its the same 30 day return policy as it was prior to closing. it was music to my ears! huge sigh of relief but lucky for me i did my semi-try overs already :)

We not only walked into a fabulous sale but we had the nicest young fella helping us. Highlights; Name brand sneakers and some athletic gear / clothes at decent prices. easier than dealing with the mall. lowlights; The place is usually packed and it is a small shop. I brought in my Grandaddy's police leather jacket that is now about 50 years old and was drying out…read moreand cracking. He died last year and the jacket is really special to me. Apollo conditioned and resealed it within a couple of days for a great price and it looks brand new like it does in the pictures I have of him in his 30's standing by the helicopter he flew to help make arrests and air lift injured people.
