So I book a reservation at a nice restaurant, go off to the flower shop and thought about what else I might need. A new well put together outfit would give me a nice confidence boost. I ran to Mems Wearhouse and met the sale associate, Big Al. He graciously agreed to help me out. I spied a nice pair of blue pants and asked him to help me build an outfit around them. He quickly went to work and gave me several options along with his input. After about 20 minutes or so, we had a winner. My date was really impressed and blown away by the effort I put into the date. She snapped the attached photo and later framed it in her bedroom. I asked her that night if she'd do me the honor of being my girlfriend and she just responded with "there's no way I can even say no!" Not saying it was just the outfit, but it definitely helped. I went into the store after busienss travel and waited at the custom area. My experience is to acknowledge a customer and set expectation. nothing.. no hi or we will be with you. I left. I returned tonight. less people (2 customers) and 3-4 employees. Same cadence. I wait, surely someone will say something. 10min pass I see two workers restocking shirts. I will approach them. The message to me, we have two people here that can do customs and give us 5 min. I tell them my measurements are the same and it's the print stock and accents. I left again after another 10 min in addition to the 15 min. The previous worker Pam and Q were amazing and are no longer there... currently terrible service. MW your service model has changed.

First off I enjoyed shopping here! There was a huge sale going on. It was October so part of it was getting the Summer stuff out on sale and the Fall stuff was all out too. They had huge discounts going on anywhere from 50 - 60% off. Prices were great here in womens clothing. This Macy's is one of the better stocked and better organized ones I have been to. There was a wide selection of brands and items to choose from. The employees were friendly. I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. I was in here browsing around to see if there was anything I would like for me or my daughter but sadly nothing really stuck out. This place has a clean and organized store with a lot of brands and varieties to choose from. This wuold be a great place to look for a gift for someone or even for yourself. Christiana mall has a lot of great stores! I was on a business trip to Elkton, MD. and needed to buy some sweatpants. While I did not find any that I liked at this mall I did find other items I liked and bought. The mall itself is clean and has plenty of parking outside. The food court is pretty large with a variety of places to choose from. You will find something to eat here, there are a lot of places. There's also a Target which is super convenient! I love malls with Targets, it saves you an extra trip. The prices here felt a little lower than the Bay Area, CA. I went to JC Penny and found some nice things and the cashier lady even helped me get a coupon online to save a little extra cash. All the people I interacted with here were friendly. All the stores were out together and well stocked. The only thing I was not thrilled about was the Nordstrom. I love Nordstrom, I can even say I have a Nordstrom shopping problem. This Nordstrom is very underwhelming. There is not a whole lot of selection for women and I was bummed. I was looking to see if they had some items I saw online and they did not. The store itself was clean and the employees were very nice. I'll be writting a separate review for JC Penny and Nordstrom. This mall is a good place to shop with good stores inside. Nothing too high end, they have Coach but you won't see any of the higher end brands like Louis Vuitton or Gucci here.

Tons of absolutely beautiful boots. It was so nice to be able to try on boots because all of them fit so differently. The staff is PHENOMENAL too! I love this store and will definitely return. So many cute pieces of womens clothing and accessories. The boot selection is amazing too. There is also a sale section so be sure to check that out. I snagged a full cowhide jacket for under $200 on clearance and got 50% off a pair of clearance jeans!! The fitting rooms are clean and spacious and have large mirrors.
