The unprofessional dealings I have had with this company are inexcusable. Because it was closer to home, I visited this store and purchased a new phone. This is where the problem began. I went over ALL the sales details with the salesperson, giving him multiple opportunities to correct my understanding. He did not. When my Verizon bill arrived, I learned I had been provided incorrect information. Verizon won't fix it because the phone was purchased from an authorized dealer. I have tried on MULTIPLE occasions to get this resolved by TCC. I have stopped by the store, texted, called, etc. The DM [manager] doesn't answer his phone, his voice mail is full and he doesn't respond to texts. There have been ongoing problem since June. I even had to inform the rep my phone had been delivered to his office; he continued to state it wasn't there until I provided the shipping information. Regarding the billing, I was told "don't worry you are not the first or last customer to go through this." Or when checking on the status "I'm going to look into the account today when I get the chance I was super busy yesterday". Then I'm told he was wrong with the trade in amount. He was to contact his account manager to determine how to credit my account but "he's [the manager] been super busy after coming back from PTO . . . I'm currently working on 2 other issues on top of yours". Way to be, TCC, with making a customer feel valued. THEN, the rep says I was to be provided the higher trade in. If you're keeping track, this is the third time the trade in amount has been changed. On August 25, he wrote :the trade in amount . . . IS supposed to be $xxxxx. So I was not wrong its a system issue at this point. But I'm letting my manager know . . . this should not take long at all". Well, it's October 8 and NO WORD from him or his manager. Needless to say, I will not ever use this dealer again and do NOT recommend this dealer to anyone. You are simply a sale to them, not a valued customer and they treat you as such.
