I had to go to the Yulee location 3 times over 11 days period to complete the purchase. During that period, I must have been asked 5 times to read the gun's serial # to them. They were only familiar with 9mm ammunition. Leader of gun counter, Joel, was particularly unhelpful and delayed everything.

They offer appointments so they can really take their time evaluating your issues and work on getting all of the information and measurements needed for custom insoles. They answer any and all questions you have and will even help you find appropriate shoes or see if your shoes are good and just need adjusting.
