This was my first time here and overall it was good! I had checked for the reviews and this reflexology was rated the most talked about on Yelp, so I gave it a try. First off, make an appointment. It's not recommended, the sign says "walk ins welcome", BUT just make an appointment. Luckily I did because there were only three workers.. So, if you don't make one and you walk in, there might be a bit of a wait. Depending on if you want a male or a female and the type of service you want. Second, wear comfortable, loose clothing. I wore leggings and a tank top. And flip flops. Or to make things easier, wear gym clothes with flip flops. Crop leggings/shorts and a loose tank top. It's easier when they are massaging your whole body, specially when you dip your feet in the water, you won't need to worry about rolling up your pants or if your pants is able to roll up to your knees. You want to be comfortable and you want the masseuse to really massage you without clothing being in the way, or they might be limited to working on that "knot" you had. Thirdly, don't expect this place to be a high end spa. It's a normal business where your "room" is separated by man made curtains, you can hear the next person over snoring/grunting.. If you choose the full body massage, there is a room separated with a man made wall and door. So, nothing special about that. They do tend to leave their front door open, so you'll hear outside noise. Cars passing by, people talking. It's not that bad because the noise isn't so constant. But, again not sure, cause I went in the middle of the day.. 4p where there wasn't a lot of foot traffic around that time. Location. I had to call them to see where they were at. So, to make it simple for my viewers, they are literally next door to Frank and Yuens restaurant and a nail place. Right across from the Pelayos restaurant. On the side where Comcast is. I hope that helps! I made the mistake of going to where Nations was at and I was wrong. LOL (Hence, that's why I had called) The person that gave me a massage was a female. I will rate her a 3.5 out of 5. The reason for that rating was right off the bat, she was a smoker. Nothing wrong with people smoking, but in that place of business. Please wash your hands thoroughly before you place your hands on my scalp, forehead, and body. My scalp and hair ended up smelling like cigarettes and that I had to take a shower when I got home. Her pressure was good. I could tell she was better massaging parts of the body compared to others. For example, not a lot of pressure on my scalp and forehead and feet, but A LOT of pressure on my back area. There is a chart of how much tip you should give each person and they prefer cash for tips, but you can also place the tip on the card.. Please see pictures. They don't speak too much English. So, communication is minimum.

Best foot massage and Thai massage in town. If you're female and comfortable with the male masseuse, go for it! Reasonably priced, too

Review Highlights - Foot Relief Reflexology

The massage was a unique combination of scalp, full body deep tissue, hints of Thai massage and of course foot reflexology.

We walked in and the receptionist who was very friendly welcomed us. Then we were called back to the couples room. The older man who led us back didn't speak any English. He just pointed which we figured out meant enter the room. We got our massages and my massage guy I felt knew what he was doing as everything he did was symmetrical and he even asked me to let him know if the pressure was too much. I felt this is so important. It was my first time having a male massage me but he did great. Now the older guy who didn't speak English was my hubbys masseuse and my hubby said he told him the pressure was too much and yet still didn't change. He said it felt like the masseuse was just doing random things and he actually said he felt worse after the massage which is something no paying customer should ever experience. The rooms are clean and spacious. They have very affordable packages. I just wish they would ask customers their preference prior to and ask about the style of massage they would like ie deep tissue etc. Not sure if we will be back.

When I walked in she was waiting right at the door, welcomed me with a warm genuine smile and introduced herself. She then guided me into the massage room which is a very cozy, intimate space. We chatted for a minute and she stepped out so I could prepare for the massage. The table was so warm! I do not recall everything having a massage where the bed was warm, all the way down to the feet. She asked for my hot spots and I pointed out my shoulders and feet. The massage began and before I knew it I was dozing off and having random dreams. Her pressure is to your preference and she asked you to let her know when she needs to adjust. I decided to let her do her thing to see what her normal pressure is like. I knew I was super tense in the shoulder so while it was a bit uncomfortable I went with it because I knew my body needed it. She was extremely soft and gentle on my feet. I would have preferred more pressure but I didn't say anything because again, I wanted to see her normal. This is not a complaint at all because now I know what to ask for when I go back next month. It felt like she went well over an hour, that's how good the massage was. It was so good that I thought if it is over an hours, I am so ok with paying difference. She plays soothing music that pulls you to sleep. I suggest relaxing your body and let your mind follow the movement of her hands. You will be asleep in no time. I definitley will be back next month. I think I found my person!

I was greeted right away, but the woman couldn't understand or speak English very well so someone had to step away from the he service he was giving to another patron in order to speak with me. Once that was situated, I was escorted to my room and given instruction on what to do. The room was very small, enough for a table and someone to walk around it, but it was clean. The room lights were dim, so I was easily relaxed. The flooring was very dated, you could see where the slats didn't touch, etc. The same woman who greeted me was the one who provided my service. She offered me varying pillows to be comfortable. She addressed all main areas, though I will say she was very heavy with elbow use and concentrated a lot on my shoulders. Perhaps I had knots, but it wasn't explained nor was I asked about areas of my concern. The hot stones were def hot, almost startling at first touch, but after the initial shock went away it really melted my sore muscles. The only thing I really didn't care for is that she left the room door fully open during the hot stone use. Despite some shortcomings, I think I will visit at least one or two more times to determine if my opinion may change. Their prices are great, location is convenient for me, and I could try to communicate more/better too.

I waited for the lady to call her boss and even called my bank in front of her on speaker phone and the rep confirmed multiple times that the transaction went through normally but still I was being treated like a criminal and asked for my ID which they took a photo of. Wasted 25 extra minutes after the massage! Honestly, any feeling of relaxation is now erased with this stress. Not normal and not okay AT ALL. And I even bought a gift card and gave a 20% tip to the lady !!! What else could they want? I showed my bank app which showed a pending transaction! I've never had this experience before ever. Clearly they either don't know how to use their payment machine or it's malfunctioning! Oh and on top of all of that they charge $4 extra for a card payment even though I offered Zelle or Venmo!!

She stopped eating greeted me w little eye contact. Paying up front was unexpected. The massage was outstanding. The receptionist/massage therapist did such a great job. At one point she was holding onto to bars on the ceiling and walking on my back. Massage my back w her feet! Since my massage was being given by the receptionist... she stopped twice to give attention to new customers that came in. Believe it or not.... My annoyance about that was very short because of how relaxed I was from the massage. Her techniques were really good. Her pressure was on point. It's very unfortunate that this establishment uses ONE person to handle all tasks. It wasn't very busy so I can understand from a business perspective why minimal staffing is the approach. However, leaving your client mid massage to handle other tasks is unprofessional. I gave four stars because the massage was excellent! If I could give a second rating it would be one star for how hard this one employee has to work, alone to figure out how to get everything done.
