During the past few months of self-isolation / stay at home orders, I found myself going barefoot at home most of the time. I should have known better because a few weeks ago, I started to experience a lot of pain in my arch/heel area. I found Foot Solutions on Yelp and made an appointment on their website. Carol greeted me and got right to work looking for a way to resolve my pain. I was open to insoles, but really wanted a pair of shoes that I could wear at home, since that's where I am spending 99% of my time. Carol hooked me up with a cute pair of Vionic slippers and an inexpensive insole. I am confident that I will be able to resolve this flare up of plantar fascitis very quickly! The day I went to Foot Solutions was the last day I had pain from plantar fasciitis. They fitted me in Naot shoes and I have never had pain again. I now have many pairs of shoes from Foot Solutions and have sent friends there with the same results. The shoes are pricey, but so worth it. read more

I highly recommend this store. I came in two weeks ago to find shoes to help with my Plantar Fasciitis. I was immediately greeted. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the types of shoes that could help with this condition and answered all my questions. After trying on a number of shoes, I chose 3 pairs. The shoes are very comfortable, and after wearing them constantly, the pain is almost gone. I'm very grateful I made the decision to come here. I expect to be back. read more

I was referred to this store by my podiatrist. I was having bad foot pain coupled with severe right hip pain. I called and spoke with one of the owners, Carol Seppala, and decided to come by. When I was there I was helped by Jim Seppala who sold me some Xelero shoes, arch supports, and heel supports. We agreed that I would try them out for a couple of weeks and if I decided to get custom arch supports they would give me credit for what I had already bought. During my second week I phoned and told Jim that I probably couldn't make it in until the next week but he said that was okay. He never once mentioned that I needed to make an appointment or that his wife, Carol, had to be the one who did the custom arch supports. I showed up the next week waited while Jim was helping another customer. He didn't seem to remember me at first and after about 10 minutes he informed me that I would have to come back another time since Carol was the one who did the custom supports. He had the gall to say he hoped I hadn't had to come too far! I was understandably upset since he had never mentioned making an appointment and didn't seem to understand how inconvenienced I was. I said I would be in the next morning at 10. I spoke to Carol the next morning who also didn't seem to care about my time and effort getting to their store. She said they had been working many long hours for the past two years and she had just needed some time off. But when a merchant says to come in they should accommodate that customer, NOT the other way around. Their customer service and attitudes were unprofessional and I will never go there again. Stay away unless you like to be misled and love poor customer service. read more

I initially called and spoke with Diane... instantly 'felt' her kindness, compassion and sincerity over the phone. When I arrived, she was helping another customer so Carol assisted me. Carol was helpful, professional... also showed a sense of kindness and compassion. Carol is the co-owner (with hubby) which I didn't realize until I was checking out and grabbed a business card. She's a 'roll up your sleeves' and customer focused type of person for sure... with a sense of modesty. I ended up speaking with both while visiting the store and its obvious these women are here to help others improve the quality of their lives by reducing foot pain and increasing comfort using the best possible solution that's right for YOU. read more

Feet hurt? Back hurt? Knees hurt? Could be your shoes. Go over to Foot Solutions, where they have certified professionals helping you find shoes that: 1. FIT; 2. address your particular foot and style of walking. They actually measure your feet, have a machine you step on that gauges the pressure points when you stand. Over the years, apparently my foot size, along with other things, has changed. Here, they suggest types of footwear that can address your needs, order your size, if necessary, and just make general recommendations. I wish I had come here before. Now, this is not DSW Shoe Warehouse, or such. You pay for what you get, but it sure beats knee surgery and pain. Diane was my salesperson, and she was patient and kind. Right now, they're having summer sandals on sale. So happy to find shoe professionals again! read more

This place is wonderful. They really take the time to listen to the problems you've been having with your feet and try to accommodate you as best they can. They watched the way I walked, used a machine to see where my I keep the most weight and made a little file for me so when I go back they already know my shoe size! I found this place on yelp after reading reviews of another store that I was planning to go to and decided on this one instead. The ladies were so nice, knowledgeable and patient (I tried on many, many pairs) and helped me select the perfect shoes. Since then my knees, feet and back haven't hurt. They know what they are doing here. For years I've had foot pain and recently found out that I suffer from plantar fasciitis. So, I decided to give these folks a try since reviewers give them good marks. A warm greeting as soon as I walked in. The ladies asked a few questions then imaged my foot, measured my feet, and then asked if I wore sandals or flip flops in the house. That was a great question since I had been wearing some cheap non-supportive flip flops that were giving limited relief while padding around the house. So they first had me try on a pair of flip flops and sandals...the flip flops felt great with excellent arch support so I decided on them. After discussing options for shoe inserts I decided to have them arrange to have 3/4 length shoe inserts made. A casting box with plush soft foam inside was brought out and they guided each foot into the foam to make a cast of my foot contours. This was sent to a lab where the inserts were made. It took about a week to get them back. The flips flops and inserts have greatly reduced the pain in my feet and improved my quality of life. The patience and knowledge exhibited here is priceless. read more
