I have been going to this office for about 4 years. This is definitely a 5 star office, the staff is friendly and very attentive. They work as a team and give the best service for a patient. I have even called a couple times and was able to get an appointment the same day I called (if it was by 10am, haven't called any later). They are available M-F from 9-5? and closed on Saturdays and Sundays. And they do take Insurance. And as for Dr Levy; This guy is an amazing Dr. He listens to his patients, and explains procedures & preventions. One visit, I had this bad pain in my heal and thought maybe it was broken because I had previously took a 16 mile walk & thought I had over did it since I wasn't in the best shape to do this. Once he walked in he looked at my shoes and asked if those were the shoes I used to exercise. I had replied that they were, and he said that was the problem. seriously, I thought.... "ok, he is having an off day & doesn't want to deal with this shit" LOL. He said I needed better shoes..(p.s. , the ones I was using were on sale from Big 5, SMH...Big mistake). Anyways I took his advice and bought some good shoes he recommended...., this pain that had bugged me for about 2 weeks started slowly going away, WOW!!! So today I went in for an ingrown toenail. I was told that I would not be charged for picking up my prescription but they charged me $130 anyway just to pick up a piece of paper! So make sure you get any charges or lack thereof in writing because these people will rip you off. I included pics (in case he tries to deny this) of his expired meds which were stored and unlabeled which is against California Board of Pharmacy rules!
