The new location has "Sedona vibes" with its calming and Sedona desert-like decor. There are eight rooms (4 therapy rooms, 2 aesthetician/ therapy rooms, 2 sauna rooms (male and female) and a quiet room to relax either after or before your treatment. This is a huge upgrade from their old location. Andres and Jose have out done themselves once again. This was the best decision we could have made. We started with Heather, a certified physical therapist, who walked us through the first few weeks, ensuring we were ready for the training ahead. Thanks to her careful attention to my previous injuries, and ensuring we understood the basics of mobility, we transitioned to Gabe, who we've been working with since March 2026 an average of 4x per week. Gabe's a fitness nerd, with a fantastic sense of humor, and a keen attunement to his client's needs, not just for the regiment to ensure progression, but in ensuring that he motivates us in the way that we would most likely respond to. His program was difficult yet sensible, achievable, and most importantly, motivating. Every movement was discussed in thorough detail with scientific evidence backing the form with reasoning. I appreciated this attention to detail, because my goal was to be informed. We needed to understand why we were doing an exercise a certain way, why we chose to start with this exercise vs that, his thought process on how he structured the workouts, so we would be successful one day planning and executing it ourselves. It's been 7 months since we started at Revision, and together we've lost 116 lbs, I've went from 30.3% body fat to 12%, we've increased our strength by multiples, and most importantly, have gained the confidence to walk into any gym and execute on our goals. I wish the water was a little bit deeper or the tub a bit taller, as I was lying on my back and had to use the back of my head and my toes to hold myself underwater, it was just a more awkward position than I'd have liked for cold plunges (I'd only ever done a cold plunge in a 50F swimming pool, so being in a comparably smaller tub was new). Flicked all the lights on, and walked out before I got a chance to open my eyes or say thank you. I changed and walked out, helping myself out. As I was waiting for my husband to come out I was given the QR code to pay. Once my husband came out we both paid via the QR code and the lady told us to wait and verify that they received payment. After verifying, she calls me out in front of the other 4 people in the waiting room for tipping too little. I asked if it was a problem and she said "no" and walked away. She was lucky I tipped at all! Tipping is based off of how much you enjoyed the service, hospitality, and the overall experience. I didn't need to tip but I still did anyway! Calling someone out for not tipping enough is not professional. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because my husband didn't mind his massage. The sole purpose of him booking it was because he wanted the deep tissue massage so the depth/pain was something he was requesting. And he said the guy would check up on him every once in a while and ask if he's okay or if the depth was okay (I didn't get that). We've been to plenty massage bars before and have never had issues.
