My two brothers both have severe Autism, and Moe took care of them perfectly. He was patient, compassionate, and very attentive to their needs. I've been meaning to do this review since the weekend before Halloween. My brother is severely Autistic. He does not speak. He tends to wiggle during haircuts (thankfully no more tantrums). Despite 6'0" in height, you have to watch over him as you would a very small child. I called because he needed a haircut, ASAP. He adores trick or treating, so grown or not, I still take him cuz he's my my big "little" brother. Gaby answered the phone and said to bring him on in no appt necessary. I took him, introduced him, and explained what is to be expected. Felicia ended up cutting his hair. She was extremely patient and kind. Both women were very understanding and treated my brother sweetly and with respect. In this day and age, that can be very rare. I appreciate their positivity and his hair cut turned out great!! First time customer. I had a great experience with my haircut today. Victor Sr did a great job. Since it was my first time, I had to give a bit of direction on what I was looking for during the cut. Victor was great with customer service and patience. We had a good conversation and found him to be a great man in general. My mid fade from a zero was also perfectly executed. I highly recommend this place and will be back for my next cut. Tip: They open at about 8am, not the 9am shown on Yelp and on their door. read more

Agreeing with that Robert dude from Ontario, ca. I too travel outside of my circumference to get a trim and a clean shave. I found this particular Barber shop to be very welcoming. The prices are substantial as well as the wait time. Customer service seems to be a priority to this particular business owner judging on the cleanliness of the shop. I have had a handful of pleasent experiences here at the Glendale shop. read more

*****WOW! I'm really disappointed with Yelp right now. I had left an accurate and honest review for Foothill Barbers and the owner had it removed for "promoting" other businesses.***** I was simply trying to let customers know where to find the wonderful staff that worked at this location prior (some of whom are NOT retired like the owner LIED about in the About section) to it being purchased by these new owners. So I will leave that part out so that my review can stay up and debunk the lies and false reviews posted by the new owner. Please feel free to reference the "Filtered Reviews" after you read this! There's a small link at the bottom. By the way, I'm not a "digrundle" employee. Just a disgusted almost-customer with a family of 5 who was trying to give you our business. 1. It is quite clear that EVERY review on this business's page was written by the same person (Isn't that a violation, Yelp?). If you notice the writing patterns, spelling and grammatical errors in each review, it is pretty easy to spot. Not to mention, most of the reviews say essentially the same thing. ALSO: Please note that "About This Business" section below the reviews. Notice how the writing patterns, the spelling and everything is QUITE SIMILAR to all of the reviews on this page? Imagine that. 2. These clients who have never been to the shop prior to the new purchase are bashing the old staff and owner. Now how does that work? 3. The comments on the remodel. I know for a fact that the remodel wasn't complete until about a week and a half ago (Today is April 13th). So how did these clients who have never been to the shop before enjoy a remodel that wasn't even complete when their reviews were posted? 4. One of the filtered reviews talks about the shops "AWESOME REPUTATION!" If this place had an awesome rep, why would the owner (or whatever single employee is writing all of these) have to post so many false reviews? *Now, I'd like to say that I can't comment on the work (but their lack of real positive reviews & ubercheap prices says enough for me, especially if this place had such an awesome reputation) of the staff. I wasn't willing to spend my money once I interacted with who I believe was the owner. I took two of my sons to get a quick cut but the owner was so rude (AND IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN) that I decided to leave instead. I was unaware the previous business was being sold and she was utterly disrespectful when I asked. I don't believe anyone in the service industry should ever treat a prospective client the way she treated me, but this review is already long as it is so I won't go into more detail. Send me a message if you are interested. **I wish I could comment more on the rest of the staff. I didn't see many people working inside, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say that hopefully their management doesn't represent them. However, if I worked for this woman I would leave immediately because I'd know she is going to cost me clients. I truly help Yelp doesn't allow the owner to once again have my review removed, I believe the public has a right to know how this business is run & then decide if they'd like to take their money elsewhere.
