I've enjoyed many shows here over the years and have always had a great time. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be pretty easy, especially compared with some other venues. The sound quality is also really good, and I've enjoyed most of my shows from the lawn general admission area. It's a great spot to relax, enjoy the music, and take in the atmosphere. The food and drink options are pretty decent as well. Overall, this is definitely one of my favorite places to see a show, and I always look forward to coming back.

If you don't like running on sidewalks (can be a tight squeeze at times & you might accidentally…read morekick some jutting edges) & roads (annoying camber; cars; stoplights & intersections), and instead prefer doing laps on a track (pleasantly bouncy surface; only thing to dodge are other walkers/ runners; don't need to worry about venturing out too far if you need to cut the run short for whatever reason), then Cobb Track is where it's at. I've tried the Cartan Athletic Field (at Menlo College in Atherton), Terremere Field (at Sequoia High School), and this one edges out the other two - it's cleaner, feels more open, and there are like, 9 or 10 lanes for you to run around in circles to your heart's content. Plenty of free parking nearby, too. Wish it were open all day everyday but I'll take what I can get. Downsides? Gets a bit crowded, and some folks will demarcate lanes for their niche training. But again, there's plenty of room to swerve & move around. There are even groups of 20+ runners doing warm-up laps clockwise taking up 4 lanes, and you still have plenty of lanes if you're going CW. S-tier track. 11/10. Makes doing distance work actually somewhat enjoyable.

I came to Stanford Stadium 2 times for BTS back in May. I was able to secure a last minute ticket…read morefor myself the day of on day 2 on floor. I also planned to go to day 3 with a group of friends. On D2, I was able to carpool at a garage with a friend approximately a 20 minute walk from the stadium. I don't recommend parking here at all. Getting out of it was a nuisance since we had to wait almost an hour before we were able to leave the garage due to traffic. I highly recommend taking CalTrain to/from the stadium which is what I did with my group of friends on D3. It was very convienent and we were able to hop on a train within 15 minutes when we got to the station after the concert. The security and staff were very friendly and were happy to help us when we had questions. It was a bit disorganized and I wasn't sure where to go on D2. I wasn't aware nor notified I had to get a wristband for floor until a nice fellow Army let me know. Luckily a staff member pointed me to the right location to pick them up. D2 was quite disorganized in the 100's section. It was extremely crowded once I was trying to navigate and find my way how to get to floor. Once I got my bearings and got to my seat, I was so excited! My section was worth the last minute price ($670 via official TM) because I was directly in front of the main stage. I got to see the boys up front and close and vibe with Army and them! Exiting from floor was a pain, because there was only one exit from my section and I had a meet up location planned to meet up with my friend who was sitting in the 100's section. Getting out was a little confusing because there were barricades everywhere. Signal is also HORRID here and I was lucky enough to call my friend to tell her to meet up with me at a specific gate. D3 went a lot more smoother and I noticed there was less crowds in the 100's section. Maybe because it was a Tuesday? Bathrooms were easier to get to that day also. We were seated in section 126 and still had a great view especially of the side stage. Outside the stadium can get extremely dusty, and I highly recommend wearing a face mask to prevent breathing in the dirt. Overall I had a wonderful experience especially for going solo on floor! It was worth the time and money coming to the venue.

Just walking through the tunnel into the amphitheater was the vibe-iest bass trap a girl could dream of. This year there was a noticeable upgrade to the sound system and the Blackfest was filled with therapeutic vibes that could release dopamine in any depressed brain. Talk about a neural reset here, lovely! And who wouldn't love a setting filled with eucalyptus trees and the loveliest melanated crowd you can find in Silicon Valley. Hats off to the organizers of Blackfest for ALWAYS delivering such high quality performers. JID and SAMARA CYN at Stanford? My dreams really have come true. The worst part about this is if you want to go to the bathroom or meet someone at the entrance when it starts getting crowded you are awkwardly stepping over people and constantly saying "excuse me". The shows go on unless the weather is "extreme". So if you pre buy tickets and it rains be prepared to go in rain gear. When we went it rained the day before but the grass was luckily dry. The sound system and lighting are well designed were it felt like we could clearly hear the music. There are drinks and food available but once the show starts you will have to awkwardly walk over people to get food and drinks. I came after work on a Thursday and the piece of pizza I had for dinner was HUGE and satisfying.

Stanford MBB has an exciting team with great talent and always puts on a great show at home, and many upsets (and near upset) of top-25 teams. Unfortunately the University is still penny wise pound foolish when it comes to upgrading the fan experience. Long lines to enter the arena for big games, mediocre concessions (which still require ordering on outdated keypads or self-scanning) and perhaps a worse food selection than the pathetic 7/11 on Lytton street. It would not take much money or effort to upgrade the concessions but Stanford does not care. And the student section is empty for most games which is a pathetic commentary on the current student body (was packed in my day).

Our girls have been playing competitive and both plays club, AYSO and in their school team. We are local and That is why, we support Stanford Women's Soccer Team. We enjoy coming to the arena to watch the team and having our girls learn from them by watching them play. Every once in a while after a game, the team would come Out and sign autographs, take pictures and meet the girls which is such an amazing experience for our girls. They look up to the team and look forward that one day they'll be a part of Stanford Cardinals. The Arena/Soccer stadium is well Maintain and clean. The staff are always friendly and the snacks stands are always fully stuck and prices to the game and the snack bar are reasonable. Will always be coming back and support Stanford!
