I understand that urgent care offices can have staffing limitations, patients already in exam rooms, or other issues that are not visible from the lobby. However, if a facility advertises that it is open until 8:00 PM, patients should reasonably expect to be evaluated, triaged, or at least clearly directed to another appropriate place for care. My friend had an urgent medical concern, and this experience made us feel dismissed rather than helped. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this urgent care to someone who needs timely medical attention.
