They can resolve basic issues quickly and efficiently. The parking lot is large and there is always parking and not a hassle to get in and out. The bathrooms and seating area are clean. Not sure really what else you could want from an off-site medical facility. Note: there is no ER or Urgent care here you will have to go to Mission Viejo for UC or Irvine for ED

Both lab and pharmacy are closed for an hour during lunch. Everything is slower here. I had to wait a moment to be checked in even when there is no one before me. Lab has only one tech. Pharmacy has one pharmacist and 2 techs. The most important part is they do get the work done, albeit a little slower.

I was with a different medical group just because my prior PCP was down the street and I liked their office. I unfortunately had to switch insurance which bummed me out, but it turned out for the better and I'm so glad I picked Hoag. Not only are most of my specialists from the previous insurance with this group, but they have offices that are still conveniently close to home. The Hoag building in Foothill Ranch is new and beautiful. There are different suites inside that one building. There are many places to sit comfortably while you wait anywhere in the lobby. There is even a coffee shop with a barista! The lobby smelled amazing from the coffees and lattes. I didn't grab any this time but I for sure will order one the next time I'm there. The staff was very friendly, greeted me hello, said thank you and wished me a great rest of my day as I was leaving. I *think but I'm not positive, you can buy workout apparel there? Not sure. I just saw some exercise attire so I'm just assuming at this point. Hoag Medical Group, is a group I should've been with since a very long time ago. Too bad I waited so long to switch over. Even if you're not a patient, stop by and take a look. I think you'll be impressed. There were no visible patients waiting to be seen at that time, yet we were still told they could not accept anyone else. I understand that urgent care offices can have staffing limitations, patients already in exam rooms, or other issues that are not visible from the lobby. However, if a facility advertises that it is open until 8:00 PM, patients should reasonably expect to be evaluated, triaged, or at least clearly directed to another appropriate place for care. My friend had an urgent medical concern, and this experience made us feel dismissed rather than helped. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this urgent care to someone who needs timely medical attention.

Everyone was very kind, helpful and accommodating and there was even some legit lol humor involved. Overall a great experience, one of the best I've had with surgical procedures and I've had lots of them in many places over the years.
