Their online ordering system is terrible. We ordered something online to be shipped to the sugarhouse store. After weeks of hearing nothing, we went into the store as we couldn't track it on their website. The people in the store said they had no way to track it from there either and we would have to come back and speak to the manager the following day. We came back and spoke to the manager and they were of no use and said we would have to call customer service. In going to their website we got transferred around and sent to a bot. Finally got a phone number to call. Said we were 30 in line. Then it said we were 31, then it said we were 32, I've never seen a Q where the number goes up instead of down. So we requested a call back. Finally got a callback from a number that was listed as spam. They informed us that our order had been canceled. As the item was not in stock. We were never notified of anything. So.... We called around to several stores and found the item a couple of miles from our house. So go into a Michaels and enjoy looking at anything but if they don't have it they never will and for heaven's sake don't order anything online.

The entire center is very clean, kid friendly, and there's definitely enough parking, even during events. Hoping it will eventually fill up soon. Such a neat location. My husband got to check out the train that you can see from the second floor. He appreciated the old car that was on display. It was his first time there and he had a fun time checking it out. Hoping the next time we come in there will be more stores and things to look at. Also some more dining options! But today's visit was great! The flowers were so pretty to look at inside and outside the venue. I look forward to coming back if we are in the SLC area again.

The store is clean, well laid out and well stocked, both with past season and current season items. Fitting rooms are spacious so you can try many items and still have room to check out all angles in the mirror. The staff is friendly as well. This time we had a jacket we needed repaired, so they accepted it to ship back for repair. Lots of parking is available in their lot.

If you catch it at the wrong time, good luck finding a place to park because the lot is tiny. Inside, the store isn't large, but it packs a punch for what it has. A lot of items are discounted 30% or 40% (or more, depending on the event). Some of the items are samples and/or irregular items, so the discount(s) can be pretty steep. One of the best parts of this is that for someone who is out of town, they will ship your purchase for free. So I always take advantage of that because why pack it in your luggage when they'll do that for you? It's a great outlet with pretty stellar deals and a great selection. 100% worth the stop.

This location has a lot of clearance and big mark downs. Some things are a little more expensive, but they are still way less than at the normal department store. The lady checking us out moved slowly and continued to push us to buy the Nordstrom credit card after we repeatedly said no. A little annoying but no biggie since I know it's her job.
