Later, I received an email from the company stating they "tried to call," however I have no missed calls from their number during that time (see attached call log). Instead of honoring the confirmed appointment, they returned the work order to the warranty company without completing the service (see attached message). This caused unnecessary inconvenience and delay, as I had planned my day around this appointment. This was an unprofessional experience.

If we did not go with a new system and wait on the part, his quote included the part fee (even though it was covered by warranty) AND his personal handling fee of $500 for calling in the warranty request. While at the house, the workers with him were also overheard talking about him pulling permits but allowing someone else to do the work. We got leery and decided to get a second opinion. We went with someone else who told us the part was under warranty, they had it replaced in 2 days and needed 10 pounds less Freon than we were quote by the owner. This second option saved us thousands of dollars, even more if we had gone with a completely new system.
