I had a fantastic experience with Piano Masters. Highly recommended…read more Gregory was very responsive and accommodating from my initial inquiry. They offer a very competitive price, zero pressure in the showroom, and delivered exactly what I had hoped for. I'm so thankful for the many years my daughters will have, playing on the piano they provided us. Thank you Piano Masters! The GL-10 is lovely.

Greg and Steve are truly the "bestest" when it comes to knowledge, craftsmanship, and customer…read moreservice! Greg made everything incredibly easy--prompt scheduling, and has a depth of expertise that put me at ease. He does not rush you while in his store and even tells you shop around to make sure you select the right piano! Also Greg and Steve didn't just tune my piano multiple times before I took delivery; they treated it with the care and hired top notch piano movers who were really respectful towards not damaging anything on my property and most of all my brand new "Kawai 60th Anniversay GX-2". Their installation of the Genio non-invasive silent system was flawless--done with minimal screws and absolute respect for the instrument's integrity. You can tell they deeply understand the mechanics and soul of a piano! What really sets Piano Masters apart, though, is their red carpet customer service. They're very professional, and genuinely focused on delivering the best outcome for me as a customer. Their pricing is very competitive, especially considering the level of service you receive--something you would experience at a Lexus or premium car dealership. I definitely recommend Piano Masters! I wouldn't trust my piano with anyone else!

A certifying technician for the piano tuners…read moreguild Mark worked on some of the finest pianos in the city, pianos that "live" on the stages of the finest concert venues, in the best of recording studios, cathedrals, homes etc in Los Angeles. He knew the ins and outs of innumerable makes and models going back in history to the early/mid 1800's! A Fine "old school" tuner Mark used ears and tuned intervalicly saving the "scope" only to confirm. He looked up the manufacture date of my Chickering & Sons - C109 parlor grand as 1891...! Assessed all aspects strings (restrung about 50 years past he noted) replaced a few that broke here and there, assessed the action, hammers, sound board (apparently coming just a touch detached at the far right end) took measurements of various aspects of its sound and gave me recommendations of fixes and things I could do to ensure continuing "playability". As something came up here and there, as it will for anything that's 125years old, he often had a solution - and at a reasonable cost. His tunings and services were always accompanied by great stories and often finished with his playing of my "old gal" showing me what she is capable of. I enjoyed him and greatly appreciated his fine service and friendly nature and advice. What an amazing and fortunate and totally random meeting- that I found him. He has been and will continue to be missed.

He quickly responded and came over after servicing one of his clients. This gentleman is rare in the fact that he is HONEST and KNOWLEDGEABLE about his craft. What I truly liked about him is he did not try to sell us on fixes that were unnecessary. In fact, he talked us out of spending money on a tuning that isn't immediately necessary. He was able to troubleshoot the problem with the player part of the piano in 3 seconds and voila! it was working. AND he assessed that he didn't need to charge us for the visit. So much awesome. We will definitely continue to be faithful clients.
