While I waited, I noticed that not only the woman behind the desk was new, but I didn't recognize anyone working there! My dog was shaking when she was brought to me. She looked like her body was trimmed but her head was not. I didn't say anything to them . I just wanted to get her out of there. Even that took her ten minutes to check me out and I paid cash....$95.00. They did the worse job ever. I will never bring her back. Not only have the people at Furs a Flying taken on this challenge of a dog, but they have also never been unkind or judgmental about him. If you have a difficult dog, you know that even among dog professionals, you are often confronted with people who are not very sympathetic or understanding. I have been going to Furs a Flying for about three years now and am very grateful for their work. Here is a before and after. They are often booked up, so you have to plan ahead, but I think it's completely worth it to have great haircuts and the peace of mind of knowing your dog is in such good hands.

Erin was patient with her and she looks beautiful! I knew she would!!! I used to groom her myself(I was by taught by another groomer) but after a failed spinal fusion surgery it became to difficult for me and it took hours. So after lots and lots of research, I decided to go ahead and book with Erin. I know people might think I'm nuts driving 30mins for a dog groomer but I will tell you it was well worth the trip. The salon is very clean. Dogs get a cute little room to wait for their mommy/daddy to pick them up. Check in was very quick and I was called 10 minutes before she was completed. I will be returning to Claws and Paws for Xena's next groom.
