WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They have rescheduled our dog for several weeks out in the last six…read moremonths because groomers keep quitting. The last groomer we had was new and pulled at our dogs back hip soo hard she could not walk for three weeks. When I asked to speak to a manager to discuss our concerns about the continued rescheduling and poor treatment of our animal, the manager in the Northampton office told me "Sorry, things happen, and then informed me that we were no longer welcomed at the Good Dog Spot" I then asked to speak to the owner, at which time she repeatedly told me that we are no longer welcomed at the Good Dog Spot and then she hung up on me. I would tell anyone considering using the Good Dog Spot to have their pet groomed should strongly consider finding another company to use. It is quite obvious that groomers at the Northampton store continue to quit because they are forced to work under a terrible manage. The best business advice that could be given, would be FIRE THE NORTHAMPTON MANAGER!!!!!

About 5 minutes after I left, I realized that I had forgotten to tell her how itchy my dog has been. I tried calling, but no answer (she is a one-woman shop, so often doesn't answer). I turned around and headed back, and was absolutely stunned with what I saw. As I got out of my car, I was able to hear someone yelling "I am not afraid to discipline you!". As I walked up to the front window, I was able to see her inside, dragging my dog around by a choke collar. I tried the door, but it was locked. When she unlocked it, I used all of my self control to keep from exploding. Needless to say, I took my dog immediately and EVEN THOUGH I LIVE RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET, I will not go back. It was one of the most inappropriate and unprofessional things I've ever witnessed. Really makes you think twice about who you leave your pet with.
