She looked like her body was trimmed but her head was not. I didn't say anything to them . I just wanted to get her out of there. Three visits ago they told me that the next one would be free. When I went the next time they said the same thing, your next bag will be free. He made them print out all of the purchases and we had bought 13 bags. They charged for all of them then just kept stringing us along! This store and that program are a ripoff.
