It's amazing to me that in such a short amount of time, MSC has become like a second family to us (and a second home for our son!). Prior to enrolling in the program, our family attended an MSC Open House. After touring MSC and its classrooms and learning about its curriculum and its mission, we knew that we had found the perfect place for our family and our next chapter (shoutout to Rebecca Reese for hosting such an awesome tour!). From Day 1 in the school's infant program, we have felt welcomed and cared for. I really appreciated that when I had questions, the MSC team took the time to meet with me in person and address all of my concerns. Kudos to Krysten and Amber, who lead the center's Early Learning programs, for being so patient with this new mom and her many questions! Your professionalism, and your kindness, is so appreciated. The same can be said for our son's lead teacher, Ms. Ayanna, and her entire team (Ms. Shakara, Ms. Adriana, Ms. Sylvia and other helpers), who provide an amazing classroom experience (and curriculum) for our son and his classmates. Ms. Ayanna and her team are professional, inviting, fun and knowledgeable, and we know that our son has the best care possible. As first-time parents, it has also been so wonderful to have this team of professionals to turn to with everyday questions. They have taught us so much already! In addition to participating in the full-time infant program, we've also had the chance to enroll in the "Music & Me" weekly class offered by The Parenting Place on the second floor of MSC. Shoutout to Ms. Tracey for creating this interactive class. Our entire family enjoyed taking turns bringing Charlie to it, and we continue to sing the songs at home! "Hello, Everybody" is a fan favorite in our house. To put it simply, our experience with MSC has been nothing short of spectacular. I would recommend MSC and its programs to any parent. The teachers were…read moregenerally amazing. ms. nayisha is phenomenal, our little one made so much progress and grew in confidence in her class specifically (she genuinely seems to enjoy being around children especially). I wish the learning content was a little more culturally inclusive from time to time but not a huge issue. The staff have been great, Ms. B, Ms. Amy, and Ms Nancy have been especially helpful. They really go above and beyond in making the school experiences magical and fun for the kiddos. If you're looking for a place your child will learn and be safe, they are great. It's not the cheapest in the area but other than that, I would recommend.

Rather, she makes spur of the moment decisions of when the child is in her words, "No longer welcome" back to the school. This was the case for us and now we are left with the burden of explaining to our daughter why she can't go to the school anymore. As a parent, if someone says that they don't want your child to return to their school, would you plead with them to reconsider with the chance that your child will be treated differently from the other kids? Apparently this was Ms. Norma's expectation as she was not too happy that we didn't beg her to keep our child in her school. She disrespected my wife over the phone and was more upset that we withdrew our child (per her request) and requested a letter -for her new school-stating that we were financially up-to-date on payments at her school. She showed her true colors and let us know what mattered to her most: THE MONEY. If your child does not have the maturity of an adult, acts their age, or has special needs, this is NOT the place for you. Terrible experience and PISS POOR communication.
