While our family was out of town, my father boarded his dog at this facility. Due to inadequate security measures (confirmed by a confidential message to us by one of their employees) she got out and went missing on Friday morning. Shockingly, my father was not contacted until late Saturday afternoon and only received a vague text asking if he could talk. When he called back, there was no response. It wasn't until Sunday morning, (over 40 hours later) after he followed up again, that he was told his dog was missing. Even more concerning, the owner flat out lied about when the dog went missing. She claimed it happened on Saturday, but both the Humane Society and the Good Samaritan who found the dog confirmed it was Friday morning. This was not a misunderstanding--it was a clear attempt to mislead our family about the timeline. Thanks to the community, the dog was found and safely returned. However, the lack of timely communication, the negligence that led to her escape, and the dishonesty from the owner made a terrible situation even worse. Based on our experience, we cannot in good conscience recommend this facility to any pet owner.

He also explained about the all the different dog foods and let me choose which dog food to buy. Long story short, He was very caring and knowledgeable about the illness and the nutrients that my puppy needed. My puppy is now very well and has grown so muscular and healthy is like night and day! A very rude woman answered the phone. I told her I want my 19 week old puppy to have his first…read morepuppy groom and I wanted him to get used to grooming before he gets his first full groom. The woman replies in a snarky manner "well, that's not really young. We start puppies at 8 weeks". Everywhere I've read, my dog trainer, and vet said not to go prior to 16 weeks/end of vaccinations. I tell this woman that, she replies "but a trainer and a vet aren't groomers". At that point, I hang up. I check the website, she says that no vaccinations are required to get groomed. That tells me she has zero regard for the dogs. Please please do not take your puppy to this groomer where he/she will be exposed to unvaccinated dogs at 8 weeks. You're asking for a lot of heartbreak.
