He's gone to the groomers since he was 4 months. So the reason behind not finishing the hair cut and leaving him half shaved was because he was trying to escape. When I got home I noticed he had two cuts on his back from being buzzed down too short. No wonder he was trying to escape. This will be his last time here.

I had a question about the tank chemicals. The girl that was in the fish aisle was VERY busy. Had multiple people waiting. I walked up to the register, (nobody was waiting there). I asked the cashier if she knew anything about aquariums and she said no. The "manager" Debbie walked to the counter. The cashier told her I needed help. Debbie went on a FULL rant. Speaking to me as if I was a child. So now this is the SECOND time this "manager" was beyond rude. She told me again to "go wait, they had no staff" the cashier said "well she has a simple question" Debbie said "I don't care, go stand over there and wait" So again I left. Don't go here. Not worth the awful experience with Miss Debbie who is miserable and needs to either get a new job or just retire. I will not go back to this store. I have reached out to corporate and will continue until it's resolved. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. HIRE BETTER MANAGERS.

The Indeed posting advertised full-time, but I rarely received full-time hours. I was not offered PTO or benefits in my position. After asking for more hours, my hours were significantly reduced, making it nearly impossible to rely on this job to consistently pay my bills. Hours felt inconsistent, expectations constantly changed, and there was very little appreciation for the people actually doing the work. Instead of supporting employees, management created unnecessary stress and a negative work environment. The work itself wasn't the problem--the leadership was. I ultimately left because I no longer felt respected or valued. This was easily the worst job I've ever had, and based on my experience, I would not recommend it to anyone looking for stable hours, professional management, or a workplace where employees feel appreciated.
