The other special person who received the flower loved it so much that she made it into her profile picture on social media. Being out of state, I just googled nearby florists and stumbled across them. She asked if the loved one's obituary was posted at the funeral home and she read it while we talked about flowers and colors. Reading that the loved one was involved for years with a tulip organization, she had the perfect flowers in mind from her supplier. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and she was so very thoughtful to locate the perfect flowers. Their orchids are big and beautiful and their other plant selections are diverse and interesting. I picked up a zebra plant, blue oil fern, ring of fire philodendron, and an asparagus fern. The prices are reasonable (maybe a little lower than Pikes on some items). Staff are friendly and helpful and there are parrots near the cash register! Something interesting about this place is maybe 35% of the plants aren't for sale--the owners are either still growing them for later sale or it's their own private collection and it's kind of nice to see bc they clearly just enjoy growing plants. Driving in down the road, it'll look like a residential area. You'll see the plant shop towards the end and there's around 3-4 spaces for cars.
