Highly recommend Ford's if you are looking for somewhere to eat in PCB! We went in on Thursday night and there was no wait. We got the pretzel appetizer and it came out super fast and fresh! We loved the decor. They had old cars all over the establishment and they were very neat. In the bath room they had car decor for the sinks, door handles, and faucet. It was cool. We got a couple lunch specials and they were okay. The thai salad was really good and flavorful. The macaroni and cheese could have used a little seasoning but it was okay. The fries were hot and great. The service was okay but it didn't feel like we got great service. It was pretty good for a chain restaurant. read more

A historical tip to Henry Ford in this establishment with witty quotes on the walls, original model Ford's inside and out, and even a piston holding up a tasty onion ring tower. Place is super crowded on a typical night, so plan to come early. Once seated, our food came out fast given how busy it was. Burgers were tasty, maybe a bit overcooked for the requested medium temp. Shout out to Ford's Garage. We dropped in for lunch while on vacation and had the best meal since we've been here. They were super busy and the bartender/server Kirra handled it like and absolute champ. Everything was handled in an efficient timely manner. The food was great. The All American special is perfect. My wife and I took about the mile walk to Pier Park to try out this newish restaurant Pier Park. We entered and the decor was super cool, with a Model T truck hanging from the ceiling that makes gas station noises a lot. Really cool inside. Our bartender was great and I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fries and a beer for $13. It came out really quick and had a cool brand marked into the bun. The meat was super tender and juicy and flavorful. Solid sandwich. The fries were some of the best I ever had, super crispy and well flavored. There was something goofy with the Blue Moon, but I will blame it on some dirty beer lines. Great happy hour and decor, awesome place known for tourist traps, but this place rocks the norm! read more

This is the first time we tried this place on a Friday. We came here for happy hour and they weren't busy at all. We asked to be seated at a booth and were told there are only two servers available and booth wasn't an option. This was not a good start. We should have left right there and then but we decided to still give this place a try. Then service was very slow. We waited forever for our drinks and we ordered the tater tots, chicken tenders and old fashioned drinks from the happy hour menu. Then we also ordered their tomato basil soup and chicken wings from the regular menu. Service could be better and when the bill arrived, they charged full price for the old fashioned drinks instead of the happy hour price. So always check your bill to make sure. The servers are new and they don't seem to know much either. Anyhow I don't think I will be back at this place. The food was fine but didn't like how they charged full price for the drinks, which they corrected when I told them and service was slow too. Pics of the food and drinks are below. read more

Best Hamburger Ever! My husband and I ate here. We will be going back before the end of our vacation. Everything was delicious! The hamburger was amazing and the fries too! We really enjoyed the same chain at a different location but today we were disappointed. I ordered a patty melt which was very dry and overdone, the crust too hard to bite into. My husband got the blackened salmon and he thought it was great. The waitress was very attentive but it took a long time for the food and it wasn't that busy at all. I've been trying to eat at Ford's Garage since it opened in 2024 and have attempted to dine here four separate times over the past year and a half. On the previous visits, the hosts seemed visibly annoyed when we asked for a table and quoted 30-45 minute wait times despite multiple open tables. Each time, we decided to leave and eat elsewhere. Today we were finally seated, but unfortunately the experience was mixed. Our table had a dirty fork left behind from the previous guests, and when I opened the menu, several pages felt sticky. It gave the impression that table turnover and cleaning may not be consistent. That said, our waitress was attentive and honestly better than most service we've experienced lately. She checked in regularly, was friendly, and did a great job taking care of us. As for the food, I ordered the brisket melt, which was very good, flavorful and well cooked. My girlfriend had the pulled pork mac and cheese. While prepared well, the bourbon BBQ sauce was extremely sweet and overpowered the dish, making it taste more like a dessert than a savory entrée. Overall, the food and our server were solid, but front of house management and cleanliness need improvement to match the atmosphere they're aiming for. read more

Tried Ford's Garage while in town on business. I was disappointed at the limited seafood selection and was unable to order the shrimp wrap from the lunch menu. I did try the famous Firestone shrimp appetizer which was fantastic! I split the French onion burger with my friend which was average. I did like the macaroni and cheese side dish even though it was simple noodles with a tasty cheese sauce. I loved our waitress who did try and order me the lunch dish I wanted however the system literally wouldn't allow her to enter the wrap for me. The ambience was great and I even had to go back to the bathroom to snap a picture of cool sinks! So cool! read more

I recently took my parents out for dinner and, unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we've had. To start, we had a reservation but were told we couldn't be seated for another 30 minutes. The host, however, was very kind and respectful, so we decided to have a drink at the bar while we waited. The bartender was friendly and attentive. My dad wanted to watch a soccer game, and the host kindly accommodated us by seating us at a table with a view of the TV once it became available. Unfortunately, the service declined significantly after we were seated. It took our server about 15-20 minutes to greet us. When my dad ordered a Heineken, she scrunched her nose and said, "Just so you know, that's a beer," which felt unnecessarily dismissive. My dad also asked if he could start with a bowl of soup, but she responded that she was only taking drink orders at the moment. Our drinks--one beer and two waters--took another 10 minutes to arrive. When she returned to take our food order, my dad again asked to begin with a bowl of soup. She ignored the request entirely until I repeated it, at which point she walked away and later returned with a bowl of onion soup without any acknowledgment. It was another 10 minutes before she came back to take the rest of our order. The most surprising part was that immediately after our meals were placed on the table--before we had even taken a bite--she asked if we wanted to-go containers, dropped off the bill, and never returned. We ended up paying in cash and left feeling extremely disappointed with the service. While the host and bartender were both pleasant and accommodating, the overall dining experience was frustrating enough that we would not consider returning to this location or other chains in the future. read more

The food, likewise, came out quickly, but ended up falling short. While I recommend the onion rings tower, much of the rest of the food was overcooked and under seasoned. My Green and Clean, for example, was grainy in texture and dry. While I think the restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere the food itself is ultimately a bit disappointing. read more
