Last, we tried the Chicken Parm Sub: their bread tasted homemade ( my grandma would say the bread was "phenomenal"!)! Now, the star of the show should have been the chicken cutlet- unfortunately it wasn't. It didn't have the crispy panko bread crumb coating or the thin juicy and crispiness like back home in NY. It looked like it was frozen or deep fried in a batter or bread crumb and covered in Parmesan cheese- there wasn't any provolone or sliced mozzarella on it.
