At one point, an older woman at the bar became belligerent because she was upset about having to wait for her pizza. She loudly cursed at Dani and repeatedly belittled her. Through it all, Dani remained calm, professional, and incredibly gracious. She never lost her composure, kept a smile on her face, and handled the situation with a level of class that was honestly impressive to watch. I also want to recognize Gus, the bar back, who tried to help de-escalate the situation and calmly reason with the woman. Both Dani and Gus handled themselves with patience and professionalism while being subjected to behavior that no employee should have to endure. Another customer even stepped in and tried to calm the woman down before staff ultimately had to remove her. Throughout the entire incident, Dani conducted herself with patience, dignity, and professionalism. Customer service is easy when everyone is happy. The true test is how someone handles difficult people, and Dani passed that test with flying colors. She deserves recognition for the way she represented your establishment. We can't say enough good things about how she handled herself that night. We will keep coming back due to the excellent staff!!
