I wish I would have come here sooner because my experience beginning to end was amazing. Anibal showed me the CHR, which was in truly pristine condition. I couldn't find a scratch or dent anywhere, unlike other CHRs I'd seen with some obvious wear / imperfections at other dealers. The tires were new and the battery was new / recently put in. The test drive went great, the car drove beautifully and it was actually a fun ride. Anibal was great to work with! I was up front with Anibal about the price point I needed, and he was up front with me about what he's capable of doing. I think he was quite reasonable in what he offered, so I happily bought the car right then and there! The purchase went quickly. I dropped off my current vehicle at home and took an Uber back to the dealership, during that time Anibal had the car cleaned again just to make sure it was perfect! The entire experience was great. I don't have a single comment or complaint. Anibal was honest and up front about what's possible and even helped me with the buying process because it was a little unfamiliar to me. I've heard great things about Fitzgerald Subaru and now I see why! A friend of mine leases their car through them exclusively, and another friend bought their pre-owned Jeep from them a few weeks ago. As someone who has been to several dealerships between Tampa & Clearwater, I can say this dealership was a breath of fresh air. Anibal was seriously great to work with, I cannot say it enough. I came to this shop last week and paid over $100 to fix a supposed air leak in my tire. Three days…read morelater, my tire light came back on. When I stopped by, the tech said my tires were leaking again due to nails -- which they already knew about the first time -- and claimed they'd now "plug them." I assumed they were correcting their mistake. Instead, without any warning, they slapped me with another $70 charge. When I politely questioned it, the man behind the counter snatched my receipt, ripped it in half, threw it at me, and screamed, "You bitches think everything is free," followed by calling me a "dumb bitch" and telling me to "get the f*** out and never come back." As a woman alone, I felt completely disrespected and unsafe. No customer should ever be spoken to that way -- period. Their lack of professionalism, integrity, and basic decency is disgusting. I will never return, and I strongly advise anyone -- especially women -- to avoid this place at all costs.

Then gave me a quote double what anyone else had quoted - after I called 6 times, speaking to someone every time - before receiving an absurd quote 2 hours later. They held my car and wouldn't give it back without paying the diagnostic fee - then told me that I probably shouldn't come back ever again. John, the other man anger apologized, and said that's not how things typically work there, and that they'd consider reimbursing me for the diagnostic test the following week. Just spoke to Gary asking if they were going to - he laughed, said absolutely not, and ended the conversation there. It wasn't even my idea to seek reimbursement, it was their other managers. Clearly horrific line of communication there, and zero standard of service, hospitality, or customer retention or support. DONT GO HERE.
