Quick, friendly, and efficient service is the best. I needed a car battery, fast. The guy helping…read moreus was quickly able to come out and check the battery to confirm it needed replacing. He found a couple of options for us in store. The prices here were actually better than the place we got my last batter at (O'Reilly). Got a pretty decent warranty on the battery. He was not able to swap the battery out for us himself though, something about the store policy I guess. But he did lend us some tools for us to do this ourselves on the spot. Not the ideal way for me to spend my lunch break, but I am grateful they were able to provide fast and great service.

GREAT job and I did not have to schedule an appointment after driving around to 3 other locations…read morearound to get a broken bolt fixed and a sensor changed. I DID NOT HAVE TO LEAVE THE CAR and they cut off two broken bolts and fixed my 2010 Cadillac catalytic convertor mount while I waited.

NAPA is good to find parts for my car and the NAPA by my house is very helpful and knowledgeable…read more So with my car leaking tranny fluid, my son drove me to this one instead. As I walked in, I could see a very busy staff, but no customers. One staff member mentioned to the others to assist me. But, with no one heading in my direction, he ended up helping me. I bought the tranny fluid, but told him I did not feel comfortable using the brand he chose. After assuring me, I thanked him and left. I called Hyundai and they recommended I not use what I bought from NAPA. I stopped elsewhere and got the brand Hyundai suggested. Feeling relief, I stopped to return the fluid at NAPA. Once again, the same gentleman waited on me. Nice guy, really. But, when I asked him to show me under the hood where and how, he asked someone else to help me. It wasn't upsetting, I just thought it odd that the staff was more focused on doing other things than stepping out for a 5 minute tutorial - customer service. I was pleasantly shown how and where to put in the fluid, though. Thank you, gentlemen for your help. A little bit more focus on customers, please?
