Jen showed such respect to him and it was a big comfort to him to have some control as he was worried about things getting lasered or frozen off! I took my younger son recently. He was also nervous about procedures being painful (he has such a needle aversion). Jen was gentle, eased his worries and explained everything so completely to him. No product was helping my combination skin. My mom had been seeing Christie Danyluck for her dry skin problems, and knew Christie could help. At my first treatment, Christie extracted and opened up my pores to clean them out. We switched me over to a new face wash, green serum (to help the redness on my cheeks), and a daily moisturizer. She said it would take time for my face to heal and after getting treatments once a month, it worked. I started seeing results after the first month, and it has only gotten better since! I have generally been happy with each one but I will tell you that I believe Dr. Pitts is the best dermatologist that I have seen. There are a couple of things that I think sets Dr. Pitts apart. Every time that I come in, he does an examination for new skin cancers. He is very thorough. His office staff is courteous and professional. The thing that I like the most is that he explains every step of the way, talking me through the entire procedure. If I have to have something cut out, he deadens the spot and continually asks me through the procedure if I am comfortable. I have been at his office three different times. I never have to wait very long in the waiting room and he is usually with me in the exam room within the first two - three minutes that I arrive. The office building is large, clean and professional. The parking is incredibly easy. I was there today for a follow up on a surgery he performed on my neck. While there, my wife asked about a spot on my back. He reassured us that it was absolutely nothing and offered to go ahead and take it off while I was there in the office. I would sum up my experience with Dr. Pitts as saying he is professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
