When you have a 9:30 appointment, the nurse will come for you at 9:31. The doctor or PA will appear three or four minutes later. I have been there multiple times and the care is always the same. Dr. Feigenbam and his PA, Andrea takes as much time as needed and seem like they delight in answering questions. On a recent visit Dr. Feigenbaum prescribed a medication. After a few days, I could tell it was not doing its job. I sent him a message on his website and an hour or two later he replied that he'd send a new medication. After two days, I could tell it was getting to the problem. I sent another message that I was on the mend. He quickly responded he was glad and to give it time and it would keep getting better. At my age, I been to lots of dermatologists. He is one of the better ones! read more

I can't recommend this office more. As a kid, I went to Dr Gibstine and she was extremely knowledgeable and helped with my issues. As an adult, I've gone to the NP, Denise Apprill, multiple to get skin issues checked and Botox. She knows so much and is very helpful in diagnosing and treating the issues I've had. Not to mention the Botox I get from her makes me feel good and she is careful with how much she uses to not jack up my face like a lot of other places do to their patients. I've also seen Dr Feigenbaum for the most irritating rash I've ever had in my life that ended up being an allergic reaction to antibiotics. He prescribed me the right medicine to help get rid of it and also uncovered the allergy that is extremely helpful to know for my future. You can't really go wrong in this office. I did read the other reviews and although everyone is entitled to their opinion, I just can't see some of the things mentioned actually happening knowing how great this group is. read more

10/10 recommend. I have been going to Dr Gibstine since high school. I now live out of state and still come back to see her when I need a dermatologist. My entire family has seen her for years. I see Denise for Botox and also think she's great. I believe my mother has seen dr F as well. Went with well documented list of symptoms and family history of a concern that I had had multiple other doctors (even my gynecologist) tell me they thought I had but wanted a dermatologist to confirm. Was barely examined, the doctor seemed embarassed to have to examine the cysts, and my concerns and symptoms were dismissed as "basic acne." Well when I later went to a new dermatologist at a different clinic, before I had even finished going through all of my symptoms or mentioned the family history, she diagnosed me immediately. And actually did a thorough examination. Now I am finally getting the treatment plan that might actually work. Save your energy, go somewhere else. And if the doctors read this - a skin doctor who is uncomfortable looking closely at someone's skin needs a career change. read more

I had a poor experience with this office. When being brought back to the room, the nurse stood in the door way of the room and asked about what brought us in. I've never visited a doctor office and had them ask about medical conditions with the door open (and no intention to close it). She seemed confused when I asked her to come in and close the door for privacy. Then the doctor comes in and is acting as if she is grossed out by the condition that she is seeing. She is clearly uncomfortable. She did a visual diagnosis and offered zero insight to the condition. When we asked her questions, she was was giving very short and vague answers. I was stunned, we couldn't get any actually information out of her. She very awkwardly left, and I thought to myself, I have NEVER seen a DOCTOR behave this way, ever. It was very strange. After leaving I realized that she was not a doctor, she was a Nurse Practitioner ANP-BC (D.A). That made more sense to her behavior. I would still expect a NP to be more professional and if she is uncomfortable, to give the case to someone who was. We were owed that. I would not recommend booking with her for any conditions that make you feel self conscious. read more

Very disappointed in the care I received at the new office as a returning patient. I chose to see the Nurse Practitioner Denise due to scheduling. I asked for a skin check as my father and mother have both had cancerous or pre-cancerous skin lesions removed. I was dismissed of this request and told I could just "remove my shirt" for a quick look at my back and shoulders. This was after I voiced again that I had no "specific spots" I was concerned about and wanted a skin check. I also voiced my concern with several nodules in my cheeks following cystic acne breakouts and was told they would "go away with time" without palpating or feeling the bumps in my cheeks. I called the office with these concerns and was told I would receive a call back from the NP or a staff member. I have yet to hear from either. As a health care professional myself, I am extremely disappointed in the care given and paid for from this specialty office for dermatology. read more

I came here because I had a suspicious mole that I wanted to get checked out. What a mistake! I was quickly shown to a room but when I asked if I should put on a gown, the nurse said that wasn't necessary (hmm...) The doctor came in the room and took--literally--a 2 second look at my mole and said "it's fine" and walked to the door. I asked if she could give a full exam and she said "next time" (?!?!). I was charged $25 and lord only knows what my insurance had to pay on top of that. I came here because I could get in a few days after I called, but now I see why she has so many openings! Needless to say, there won't be a "next time". read more

Dr Gibstine is sweet and a great doctor. She is the only one that has helped me get my eczema under control and I have been having this issue for several years. She is straight to the point, and knows what she is looking at doesn't take her any time. I highly recommend her read more

I came here, because like Jessica, who posted the other review, I had a suspicious skin issue I wanted to have checked out. I called and was able to get an appointment right away. I thought to myself, hmm that is a little weird, but that's fine. I arrived at the office to be greeted by the receptionist who acted like she would rather be elsewhere. No smile, no hi can I help you, nothing. I filled out the necessary paperwork and gave it back to the receptionist and was lead back to the room within about 10 minutes of my arrival. I was only in the room about 1 minute when the doctor came in, asked me if anything was bothering me, anything bleeding, etc. I said no. She says Ok well take off your top. I'm like...what? There is a big window in the room, I was not given a gown so I was a little confused. Luckily I had on 2 tops and a sweater, so I took off the sweater and the first top and left on my tank. She lifts up the back of my shirt, looks around. Ok now lift the front she says. So I'm like eyeing the parking lot. Thankfully we are 2 stories up, but I'm still feeling pretty uncomfortable. she takes a 2 second scan of my chest and torso area then she says OK now drop your pants! Talk about uncomfortable. I was in that office for less than 5 minutes and she is like OK, that's it! I'm like that's it? She says yes. Is there anything else. I'm like well I came here because I have these spots on my face and I don't like them. She says I asked you if you had anything bothering you. Yes but bothering me to me means pain and these are not painful. She goes Oh those are age spots. We can burn them off but its an additional $125. It's not covered by insurance. This was by far the weirdest experience I have had at a doctor's office. I did call my insurance to complain about the way I was treated and they are going to investigate. I even asked if there was a way to get my money back, but unfortunately, once you follow through with the visit, no matter how shoddy, they still have to pay them. I will NEVER use this person again! Please if you read this, do not use this person for your dermatology issues.You will not receive the excellent care or the privacy you deserve. read more
