It's been about 3 years of me getting lashes and she was patient with me throughout the process educating me on the different looks for my eye shape, the dos and don'ts of what to use when you have them, and the methods of keeping longer retention to get the most out of my lash fills. So how do I know Jenny is the absolute best? There was a time she had a beautiful little girl on the way and I decided I would wait to get lashes until she came back. I was of course impatient (we all know they are addicting) and I went to another salon to try someone else out. They had cancelled on me the morning of, when I finally got into see them they were not warm or welcoming, my lashes fell off in a week, and they didn't look damn near close to what I wanted, and I threw a lot of money away. Moral of the story is go to Jenny. If I could give her more than a 5 star review I sure would.

She was very thorough, gentle and did a great job with the tint on my brows. I like mine to be darker since it fades and it was well ombré-d and didn't feel blocky at all for me! It was super hard to connect that way when I tried to see her a month before this appointment. Online booking was clear and easy but, just a heads up she does ask for a small deposit though ($10) at booking that goes toward overall service cost which is totally reasonable.

She is patient and meticulous when it came to my lashes and how they looked. What sets her apart is she ensures the aftercare is done well. On my first visit she provided me some gentle lash soap so I can take care of them and some spoolies to comb them out. The little touches that she has really sets her apart. I've been to a handful of other lash techs in Santa Rosa and Windsor, and would absolutely recommend Claire above the others.

From what I've seen, most people who write bad reviews wait until they go home to say something about their nails. Each one of them asks if the shape is okay or if you like them as they work on your nails so that's your opportunity to speak up. I voiced multiple times that the color was way too dark and was told it would lighten -- it didn't. The appointment also felt rushed to move through customers. My cuticles were cut to the point of bleeding, the corners weren't filed properly, and parts of the nails are stuck against the skin. I even skipped the nail art I originally wanted because the base color already looked so off. From far away they look okay, but up close the quality just isn't there.
