We called the hvac company that we had used for years and they told us it was a 2 or 3-day wait. Our realtor said call Safco they responded immediately and did a terrific job. Lenny serviced one of the properties. he was on time didn't keep me waiting said the unit just needed some minor cleaning not a big deal . the technician that went to the other property took care of the no heat problem for the tenants without us having to even go there.. what a pleasure. They had a good tech years ago, but he passed away and now they have kids employed acting like they know what they are doing. Before Rod passed away, I had used them for years and years, and now I have had this happen at a couple different locations where it wasn't fixed the first time. I had to file a bbb complaint against them after I left four or five messages as the service manager and owner would not return my call to at least talk to me about adjusting my bill. They told me to never contact them again, and that is no problem. I'd freeze to death before I called them. The office clerk who answers the phone is rude as well.

I contacted Saulic Heating and Cooling and was able to schedule an appointment to receive an estimate very easily the same day which was Wednesday. Steve the owner came out the same day even after hours to give me an estimate.. I found his quote to be the reasonable. However the thing they offered was 10 years parts and 10 years labor warranty on the Amana units. He was the only one to offer 10 years labor. After discussion with my wife we decided to proceed forward with the installation. Since our unit was broken, we needed installed asap due to hot july weather. I contacted Steve and he said they can be out same Friday to install. He was the only one who was able to do it right away while everybody else was telling us to wait 2 weeks. When you have two small kids waiting is not an option. Once again kudos to Saulic's for prompt installation The installers who worked on our home were very professional and friendly. The installers spe nd time explaining everything what they were doing. He even point out why our other unit failed. The final result was a triumphant installation and a great new AC/Furnace combo. Saulic's definitely earn my business and would not be ashamed to highly recommend to my friends and family.

I am worse than the worst when it comes to being mortified of a house fire. Our furnace just stopped and when he got here, it turned back on and smelled like it was burning. Greg made sure we would be safe and warm. He was knowledgable, fast and super friendly. He had the part that was needed on his truck. My furnace had gone out, in the winter of course, and I was panicked! I was referred to Fuson by a friend. They came out right away, much to my relief. He replaced one small part, charged me for the part and a nominal fee for his time, and that was it! I'm always broke, so I was over the moon at the low cost! when my furnace went out, I called Custom in Norton to come out It was 120 dollars the blower was…read morenot kicking on it was probably the capacitor or a stuck blower fan it is an older furnace that has always worked great the two men came out looked it over and said it was the motor or something else did not even try to find the problem all they did was try to sell me a new on for 3,600 dollars they could install it the next day it was 20 degrees outside I asked them to try to get going they tapped something it came on the next day it quit again called them and the manager said it could not be fixed and offered the 120 dollars off on a new one I went online which told me to spin the fan to loosen any obstruction it might have working perfectly for a month now they basically just sent out the two men as sales people which cost me 120 dollars to try to sell me a new furnace What a SCAM
