I thought they was good people…read more Boy was I sadly mistaken, the first repair on my kids phone was good and on-time with no issues. The 2nd I took my Fiancee's laptop in to get a battery done. Was told it would be 3 to 5 days, dropped it off on tue, didn't bother them or even ask about it tell the following wed. Went up the following wed and was told the battery had no come in. No problem came back in on that fri, was told still no battery. They needed more time, it took another whole week. They didn't offee no discounts no nothing!! I would think twice about using these guys on your repairs!! I don't buy the bull shit story blaming it on shipping!!! Beware beware and beware. The total amount of time it took was twelve (12!!!!) hours. We paid over $3,400.00 for a move in the same town. The movers literally moved one pillow at a time, one picture at a time, one small box at a time. When I asked them to use a dolly to speed up, one of the movers had a tantrum; he slammed down boxes and crates, breaking several pieces of china we received from our wedding 30 years ago. They put all of our artwork in the grass and the sprinklers came on and ruined most of our pieces (we moved to another apartment therefore we had no control over the sprinklers). Even though they saw the sprinklers go on in the other zones, they didn't think to move our artwork. They were rude. They did NOTHING they promised; didn't put furniture back together, didn't wrap furniture or use any moving blankets even though they were on the truck. I know this company has high reviews but in my opinion they are not authentic.

My phone had a cracked screen and a underperforming battery (or so I thought) . Rather than upsell me, Walter encouraged me not to spend money on a new battery because it was still working quite well, and since it was a 2018 iPhone I'd likely be investing in a new one soon anyway. Friendly, professional and they did a great job. I used Yelp's Request a Quote and the owner Walter was quick to respond. It's all digital which is great, and then he texted my appt confirmation, cost ($80) and the contract to e-sign. He even sent a photo of what the building looks like -- just great communication overall. When I popped in for my appointment, he had a mask on as did I. I opted to wait in the car out of Covid precautions, and recommend bringing a book or magazines as it takes around 30-60 minutes for battery replacement. Walter's a really nice guy which adds to the experience. He put my phone in a UV sterilizing box and we chatted for a bit and I was on my way. A more memorable and positive experience than I expected to have. I should note the experience I outlined is the norm, but he also offers to come to you for an additional fee. Highly recommend, and he's going to be my new go-to for repairs as I try to keep this iPhone X running as long as possible.
