Left and returned and never checked out with me. I was just there waiting. Makes me wonder what else they didn't disclose. I recommend going somewhere else.

I really appreciated the team walking the fence with me to look at places where we should lower it for the small dogs (to prevent them from going under). They removed the screens when cleaning the windows, but I was disappointed that they didn't rinse them off. For the exterior windows, they simply cleaned them with a wet brush hose attachment and didn't squeegee them. Good for getting dust off, but not much else. See the attached photos. The windows are cleaner, but they left a whole lot of residue and smudges on the windows, even the ones that they cleaned both inside and out. I'd be leaving a one star review if the crew wasn't so nice.

We recently scheduled our regular roof/gutter cleaning and I was trying to confirm since we are putting our home up for sale and needed things in place. After 48 hours with no response I sent another email and finally got a response back. I thought all was well and all of a sudden received an email from the owner being rude and finally telling me they would no longer perform work for us. We can certainly find other companies that value loyalty and probably are more affordable.

She gave me some references to call prior to hiring her and the client I spoke to was enthusiastic in his recommendation. He sent me before and after pics and indicated he would use her services again. So last winter, Hiep and her crew repaired a failing retaining wall in my back yard. To do so she had to remove our wooden fence. She did this carefully and was able to put the same fence back up, replacing only a few of the wooden planks. This saved me some money and I was impressed that she actually let me know that and reduced it from the agreed upon price of the project Without My Asking! She's a person of integrity and that can be hard to come by in her  field of work. Since I could not be present during the work, I was very pleased that she sent me pictures and videos of the work throughout the day. I plan on having her come out and do some paver work for me as well. I will update my review then.

The owner, Jeremy Inman, is directly tied to WDGT LLC, another landscaping and concrete business that has a well-documented history of unethical business practices. My wife and I hired WDGT LLC for a large-scale project, trusting them with over $75,000, expecting professional and timely completion of the work. However, after completing less than a third of the agreed-upon work, they abandoned the project, leaving us with $45,000+ in uncompleted services. After disappearing, Jeremy shut down WDGT LLC and refused all communication. Despite our multiple attempts to contact him directly and through legal representation--including delivering a letter to the address associated with both businesses--he has continued to avoid any responsibility. What's more alarming is that he has now resumed soliciting work under Pro West Landscape LLC, a business that appears to be following the same pattern as WDGT LLC. We've received numerous messages from others who had similar experiences, confirming that Jeremy continues to take large deposits from unsuspecting clients without delivering on his promises. It's disheartening and frustrating that someone can run off with tens of thousands of dollars, shut down one business, and simply start another under a different name to repeat the same unethical practices. We've even seen posts from Jeremy himself boasting about acquiring expensive new equipment shortly after abandoning our project. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I would recommend looking elsewhere for landscaping services. Pro West Landscape LLC appears to be nothing more than a rebranded continuation of the same failed and fraudulent business model. I was worried on the refinish but Eric assured me that they would look nice. He also suggested a darker stain to give the floors a newer look. The outcome stunned me ! They look new and amazing ! I will include some pictures but the work they did showed me how thoughtful and thorough they are with there craft. There showroom also showed me these guys know flooring. Obviously the best part of the process was the outcome , but these guys worked non stop through the 4th of July weekend and did it ahead of schedule. Literally they worked the very next weekend with a crew to get it done. I might be lucky as work like this usually has a backlog. I had to check in to put my garbage out, and the workers use Maxcare trucks , are courteous and hardworking. The dust free system is as advertised as I can not find any sign of it. For something so expensive and worthwhile to your house, they deserve every penny as I have returned the 1954 hardwoods to glory while keeping them modern (brown instead of reddish oak) Thanks Eric !

Why did we choose Kelley Home Services? When the others told us they could not do a custom shower pan (longer that 6 feet), or said that they could not install cabinets that we had bought seperately, or use paint that we already had on hand, Kelley said "Sure, no problem, we have a master tiler who can do that custom pan, of course you want the cabinets to match the kitchen, we would be glad to install them for you." Time and again Kelley said yes when others wanted to steer us toword a better porfit margen for them. Lets talk about the people we got to work with: Pat Kelley, contractor, owner, and very competent leader. He never said no, and never failed to contact us back within 24 hours, even on Memorial Day and 4th of July. Randy, the supervisor and master tiler on our job was polite, respectful and funny. He made sure the crew was there everyday on time, and that all our expectations were met. Every single day, at the end of the day he told us what they had accomplished that day, exactly when they would return, and what they would be trying to accomplish the next day. We always knew what to be ready for, what to expect, and what we could do to help. So smooth! The sub contractors who work with Pat Kelley are outstanding. Both the pumber and electrician knew their stuff, made every change we had asked for without hesitation and replaced like with like; copper pipe with copper, high quality professional grade recepticals, etc. The entire project was completed on time, on budget and best of all, we all parted as friends. After 58 years of living in the same house in Seattle, it was time for my Mother to downsize, sell…read morethe house and move to be with my husband and me in Port Orchard. They went out of their way to improve the graded area for the best results. The setup, pour and cleanup were top notch and they were very open to different ideas not originally planned. They were also very aware of existing landscaping and my stamped driveway. Their experience made decisions much more "user friendly" for the continuation of the project.
