I hired R&J to replace a rotted sill plate and remove a portion of concrete walkway and door step…read more(which was trapping moisture against the front wall and rotting the exterior sill and joist). After removing the concrete, replacing the rotted wood, he built us a small deck area which gives us larger lateral space as a door step compared to the small concrete step. A marked improvement over just the moisture fix and rot repair. This was a pretty significant job and our home is very unique in structure which created many challenges.
