You can pay for my lost groceries! Currently my power has been out for 7 hours and is not expected to come on for another 2 hours!!! On the website to get any payment or credit your power has to be off for 24 hours. This is ridiculous!! My power will be out for a total of 9 hours and I'm sure I've lost everything in my fridge and freezer. PG&E doesn't care about the consumer just their bottom line! Should not even be allowed to operate with the damages they've caused in CA. Even insurance companies are pulling out of CA due to fires... PG&E caused. I'm tired of paying for PG&E's mistakes! I live in a one bedroom condo and my bill is estimated to be over $300 this month for just me. I've not even used my heater! I'd rather freeze than spend over $300 for my gas and electric. My bill used to be $150 in the winter months (using heater). Now no matter what it's always over $200. There needs to be a cap on public utilities. They raise rates worse than the feds! Why does the consumer have to bail out the utilities???? Take accountability for your own mistakes!! Pay for your own mistakes!!!

**FOR PGE IN GENERAL NOT RHIS SPECIFIC LOCATION : vegetation work**…read more In August of 2025 during the home inspection required to buy our home, a pge inspector came by and told us they would be cutting down an extremely dead tree on our property that bordered city line and beginning of our yard, to which we were very glad to hear about due to the danger it posed for not just our house but several surrounding homes in the neighborhood. Needless to say after months of back and forth, post poning, and no answers, an employee of their tree subcontractor randomly showed up at our house. He stated they would be back to following day to remove the tree. I was happy to finally get an answer. I notified neighbors, and my husband and I made needed arrangements to be home as they needed our gate open for complete access. Needless to say, come the following day, no one showed up. No notice of cancellation or rescheduling and no return date was given. This was extremely stressful as the tree was BEYOND dead and termite infested,greatly increasing the risk of it falling. I reached out to Pge at the Sacramento vegetation department only to be told they had no info and this was in the sub contractors hands. So we missed work for no reason. It was about two weeks before the tree crew came back out. Which if any of you need to know the subcontractor company to make contact since pge claims it's out of their hands, the subcontractor is Core Tree Services (HORRIBLE REVIEWS BTW). They guys showed up, and began their work. They worked efficiently, and cleaned up the best they could after themselves. My only complaint with the subcontractor is, despite putting cones over our brand new sprinkler heads, they managed to break every one of the without even mentioning it to us. I'm just grateful that after 7 months the work finally got done. Despite PGE little to no help, and telling me the tree was not priority to them since "it is leaning towards our house and not their powerlines" ... sure sounds like you care about community safety.

i personally love this walnut creek location because it's right where i need it. it's located…read morebasically right next to my work right around back. it's so convenient being able to drop off a payment that is usually late. the drop box is nice when i get there after hours but whenever i need to go inside and make a payment it's so easy. there is never a hassle even if there is only one or two people behind the counter i'm able to get fast and friendly service. and if i need to make the smallest payment possible on my bill they are very understanding and let me do it. so next time your in town and need to pay your electricity bill check out this place and head next door to pyramid alehouse for a refreshing brew.

Wow what a difference since my first kid! We took our daughter for Storytime and who would've…read morethought there would be so many parents and children. While I wasn't able to look around the entire library, it was very clean and welcoming. The staff was okay, but I did not have much interaction with them as I was focused on our baby. The parking lot is a bit small for the events they hold, so it's possible you'll need to park down the end of the adjacent park if you get there a little late. But all in all, it was a lovely visit. We do plan to go back again, I'd like to personally go when there are no events to see how quiet would be for studying.

They now have people check in via QR Code which helped expedite the process and the security guard was extremely helpful in communicating that information as well. They had an A Frame with directions and passed out a directional paper too. The process went fairly smoothly and the gentleman that assisted us was in good spirits as well as the lady in the section where she got her picture taken. You have to be in a certain positive mindset when going to the DMV and that we did. Overall, I think this was a good experience for the young adult on how to handle things on her own next time.

So I do, AAA advice to call fastrack pay and get an Abstract letter. With that I will be able to go to go to the DMV and pay my registration. I got the abstract letter in the mail I get in line at the DMV. I called to window 3! I give her my resignation and the abstract letter. She tells me I don't need that you still have citations showing. So I said well all of the citations showing are here in the paper and like the paper states show this to DMV! She said nope! That paper means nothing to me! She asked me if I wanted to pay my registration so I said yes!!! She moves on to tell me she can't give me a sticker till the citations are removed. So I asked her. Ok if I get pulled over I can just show that I paid correct. She said naw you will still get a ticket because technically you have not renewed your registration! At this point I'm irritated and I need this paid. I pay my registration. She hands over the papers. Call fasttrack and they are saying they have no more citations for me to pay! That the DMV should have taken the abstract letter as to why they always send for that same reason! What's the point of having all this technology if the DMV can't event communicate with fastrack to verify you have paid the tickets!
