Face it no chain drug store is anything to rave about. All over priced as far as non prescription…read moredrugs etc. This Walgreens however is at least stocked and does have pretty good sales. Its very very clean unlike CVS on 67th and Queens Blvd which is a disgrace. The pharmacy I really like they always keep you up to date calling or texting about upcoming prescriptions with the cost refills left etc. which I find extremely helpful. The staff can get grumpy at times its true lol, but to be honest I have seen why. I have personally witnessed them getting berated by customers to no fault if their own. I'm talking down right name calling. I mean how is it the staffs fault if their are no renewals left on their script. If they listened to the phone call they would of heard you have no more refills on this prescription after this one or is it their fault if their doctor didn't call in script etc. take responsibility. I go very early in the morning when they are not as busy and have not yet really had their dose is poor customers. They are obviously understaffed which is part if the problem if you sense a little attitude lol. Overall with prescription plans you may not have a choice were you go. I have Walgreens preferred. I used to be with CVS across the street but they were no longer preferred but I loved the pharmacy there well the pharmacist but the store itself gross. So overall I prefer Walgreens just go early.

The pharmacy manager is not very helpful. it appears there is not an urgency to ensure customers…read morereceive their medication.

I don't know if it's just this CVS Pharmacy or all of them, but if you get a text message/email…read morestating your medication is ready for pick up, don't believe it. You HAVE to call them and make sure it's ready. I would call in a week before. Usually they'll have it in stock within 3 days, but a week to be safe. And expect long wait times. If you live close by or passing through, go there in person to see if you can get it early or if they can put in the request.

I have lived in the neighborhood, 1 block away, for 27 years and refused to ever go in, until now…read morewhen my insurance will only let me get meds through CVS. CVS alone is a horror show. They've always charged much more than other drug stores, they've always delivered awful customer service, etc. But this one is a special horror show. Rude, dirty, not enough employees, not enough inventory, pharmacy with lines that take upwards of 45 minutes, pharmacists who won't answer questions, and check out girls who are doing everything but waiting on customers, and front check out people who are ringing up 2 customers at once. YES YOU HEARD CORRECTLY!!. And they charge top dollar for all of the above. Plus when I go to pick up my meds, it's not enough to give my name and get my meds. I have to go through a litany of questions before they give you anything. I wish with all my might that this company goes out of business!! I long for that day.

I've been a customer at CVS Pharmacy for a while, but the quality of service has seriously gone…read moredownhill. The experience lately has been frustrating more often than not. Some of the female staff members come across with an attitude that makes interactions uncomfortable and unnecessarily difficult. Customer service used to be a strong point here, but now it feels like an afterthought. Simple questions or requests are sometimes met with impatience or lack of professionalism, which shouldn't be the case in a customer-facing environment. Corporate really needs to take a closer look at what's happening in these stores and consider implementing better customer service training. A more positive and respectful approach would go a long way in improving the overall experience.

It contains a free parking lot. In the passage of my travels of Queens, NYC I needed a visit to patronized with conscious awareness using my two CVS coupons as I have a loyalty rewards card. With hope and desideratum, this CVS did heed the hope within my mind for printer cartridge of very limited stock readiness and their price is lower than Staples. The economic effects of stagflation in 2020s era is strongly felt financially as the value of the American dollar, unfortunately, has less worth and less purchasing power. I did not wait for an eternity when ringing the customer service bell as my requested item is hanging on anti-theft pegboard hook security device for loss prevention for printer cartridge. This CVS also carried my default favorite chocolate chip cookie brand, Tate's Bake Shop. Customer service is really average as there is only one cashier open and the other cash registers are closed. The cashier had to wait for an eternity for the register to unexpectedly reboot and stated she cannot open the other two registers but moved me walking to the self-service check-out register to ring-up. In my employment history, I had worked in two (2) retail brick and mortar store businesses and there is always one register that is closed because there is no cash intentionally, but during the holidays this register functions designated for credit/debit cards only payment intended to alleviate the long queuing line surrounding the cash wrap for customer efficient movement flow. I did received my sales receipt.
