This review of Forever 21+ As a curvy more mature woman I would never considered shopping at forever 21 since that's where my teen daughter shops. However, my experience has been very pleasant and I'm happy to share. A friend told me she had gotten some quality pieces from there and she suggested I investigated. I'm most stores the curvy/ plus section is a tiny square with huge , boxy, I'll-shaped items randomly thrown together. There's usually little effort placed in the aesthetic and so it's been a turn off to shop those stores. This store had a huge section to the rare nonetheless but it was beautifully put together with even a beautiful mural in one corner. The clothes are trendy, quality pieces with the option of finding multiple options to build an outfit. Mind you, these outfits are more on the super causal side. Think brunch, day parties, festivals etc. I personally would not and have not seen items appropriate for my work environment as an educational leader. The items are moderately priced ranging from around $14.99 for tanks etc to linen pants, gauchos, palazzos, jumpers etc for around $39.99. I think the pricing is very reasonable and the fabric is quality. For many of us curvy folks fabric is a huge issue. If it's cheap that means shrinkage. I've tested the garments and had no issues. No customer service what - so - ever. When you walk into the store all the staff will do is look at you. I don't understand it!.. maybe I'm just too big on customer service, but sheesh people smile! Every staff member in this store looks miserable. The only reason why I give this store 3 stars is because of the fitting room lady. She was the nicest and gave the best customer service. Only a portion of this store is clean. The messiest part would have to be the clearance stuff. there would hangers for days all over the floors, clothes shoved under racks, etc. Thank god I'm an online shopper because this specific store is a let down. read more

I visit this store specifically for its Plus section, and when I visited about a week ago, I couldn't even find the section. I found a few Plus size items scattered in with the Clearance section, but there wasn't even a label for that section anymore. A good portion of the store also appeared to be in total cluttered chaos. It hasn't been the neatest in the past, but it was never this bad before. They couldn't definitely stand to improve the conditions and cleanliness. read more

This store is hit or miss. But 9 times out of 10 it's a miss. The last hit I had here was probably a few years ago. But I still continue to browse to see if anything catches my eye. First of all....did forever21 hire new buyers? While I can appreciate the brands' evolving style, I couldn't help but realize the store looks like barbie's closet...if it exploded. I was suppose to do this review a long time ago, so here I am. This is the absolute worst F21 I've been too. The employees are terrible never want to help you find anything, the store is constantly in a MESS! One time I walked in F21 looking for a certain pair of jean, so when I saw an employee I walked towards her to ask her where the jeans were and she literally looked at me and rudely told me " I'm not on the clock, go find someone else." Just terrible Furthermore, the ones on the register are even worst. If you want to go to an organized store with friendly staff go to Queens Center or Roosevelt field, I've never had a problem and everything is organized. F2one in GREEN A is just terrible you won't find anything, and you'll get frustrated cause none of the employees are willing to help you. Smh read more

I HATE THIS FOREVER 21 so much!!!! The workers are so rude. I was looking for a dress one time, and I saw a worker with those yellow tags on them, so I walked up to her to ask for help, and she said "IM NOT ON THE CLOCK RIGHT NOW" okay so then why are you on the floor holding clothes? And everything is always unorganized can never find what you're looking for in here; everything is always all over the place. The only section that looks decent is the jewelry section, which is so sad. read more

Forever21 always has cute and in trend pieces BUT this location was ridiculously disorganized and no staff in sight to ask for help. I was truly disappointed. Just go to Roosevelt Field mall to shop instead. Don't waste your time in Green Acres Mall unless you have days to waste looking for one thing. read more

Well first off im such a frequent shopper at f21 and i must say they can give u the best bang for ur money but lately my visits to the forever21 in NY green acres mall has been absolutely HORRIFIC. wen shopping i kno how much of a bother it is to run around and show people things they want but seriously this one assosiate was being so rude to me. i mean the leggings are scattered all over i just needed the direction and she acted like i asked her to hang all my tried on clothes out.. but that isnt y i decided to review . So i got a few cute pieces and headed over to the cash register and i see this cute and cheap eyeshadow pallette so i try it cause u kno 5 bucks isnt that much for a huge pallette (palatte was ok but not the problem) the woman cashing my clothing was so rude not a smile on her face. the register was wrong and diddnt mark a skirt down although the tag stated differently and the assosiate went into suer bi**h mode. she then man handled my eye shadow palatte and it broke after i paid.. Cmon F21 do sumthing here. she diddnt even say sorry. the palatte was the only one i saw so i still took it but this woman serious needs an attitude adjustment.. does she not know how to treat a human being? i Did stay calm after all she was much bigger than me im only 18. but my shopping experience has always been terrible. i Dont think i will ever be going back to the stores there. terrible experience. store is a mess. no customer service. besides that when when i got home and wore the item once (on the next day) and I noticed that it was ripped by the sleeve I called customer service and spoke to a completely a clueless rep that insisted that i provide my email address so she could look up my order. When i told her that i purchased in-store without providing my email address, she insisted anyway. She couldn't find the order (duh) based on my email address. there was no way for her to look up the order using my receipt number??? She was rude and kept me on hold for more than 1/2 an hour waiting for a supervisor that told me "too bad". once an item is worn, there is nothing they can do.
