    Everything always seems to be on sale "here". By "here" I mean the Macy's is split between both sides of the mall. Women's & children's clothes on the busier side of the mall. Men's clothes & furniture on the other side. The service is actually pretty good and must be easier since there's not many customers inside the stores (compared to 5 years ago). Even if you don't find what you're looking for, check 'Last act' for hidden gems

    Decided to go shopping to see what 4th of July sales Macy's has. The sales were good. It's nice now that there's a Starbucks now. It wasn't crowded, but there were no salespeople on the 3rd floor. If you had a question to ask, no one was around. The good thing was no wait for the fitting room it wasn't messy with clothes still in the room. The items I wanted to purchased I had to go downstairs to pay because the section I was at there was no cashier. I would be nice if the cashiers would stop trying to push opening a Macy's credit card when I said I am paying cash. I understand that a lot of people are shopping online, but when you want to go to the store to try on the clothes or looking for a certain item it would be nice if employees where around to help.

    Macys just isn't it but at the same time I don't want it to go away lol is that childish of me maybe so but now and then you can find something you want to put in your wardrobe. Service is scarce unless you're looking for a fragrance those women are still geared to spray you at any moment lol.

    The store has gone under some renovations over the past a year and still continue to do so. Not a huge store but its decent. You can access Macy's via multiple entrances. Parking is free and there's plenty but traffic is brutal in this area during rush hours. As for any place if you hate waiting in line and struggling to get past people then come in the morning or 1-2 hours before closing. Oh absolutely avoid Friday-Sunday!!! First floor: handbags, jewelry, makeup is limited (there's a MAC counter located by the elevators going up), footlocker, Guess, Calvin Klein, juniors, last act and Customer Service. Fitting room is located next to Calvin Klein section. Literally this is my section as to where I find everything for myself. Decent selection nothing like 34st Macy's but it's decent depending on what you are looking for. Employees can be rude and I have encounter real rude ones that literally rolled their eyes!! But during my recent visit everyone was like really charming. The security guard was a sweetheart as she was full of positive energy and directed me toward customer service center. Everyone in customer service was nice and helped me process my return without a hassle.

    Purchased a farberware 2-4 coffee pot.Not 6 months old & what junk $40 .Doesnt make coffee ,once completed you'll see light yellow color.You call this COFFEE, omg how can you sell this. Cheap junk of a pot and the consumer is the one who suffers.

    Isn't it disappointing when a brand you love(d), and use to carry such weight is reduced to feather (not even)? I often wonder how bills, staff are being paid here. I've never actually witnessed a sale transaction at this branch. No lie. Each time I visit, folks are simply walking around gazing into showcases and at racks or like me, have no darn manners and behaviour and is just here for the wifi. Even at Christmas it was super boring. EVEN my family refuse to come to Macy's much less this branch, well as I'm being honest Green Acres Mall is the antichrist to them. Back to Macy's, is it poor management, PR, staff, location? I remember a time (before I was a permanent fixture 'round these parts), there was no way I could have made a trip to NY and not visit Macy's! Are you maaad?!? Macy's WAS NY, Macy's represented US shopping for me! Now, maybe it's just 2015 sucking it to them and like we do with our cassettes, it's nice to reminisce, tell the young ones about the days when...............but guess what, no matter how exciting we try to make it sound, it doesn't seem as interesting as the ipod or whatever it is the children are into these days. Maybe Macy's like said cassettes will soon make a nostalgic funny meme. Girl let's face it, we're getting older and not all of us are brand savy enough like granny Madona at reinvention. (Hopefully not) The End (for them)

    Wish I can give zero stars. I only came to this Mac location because I didn't feel like going to the one at Roosevelt field. Big mistake. You go there to get something and it's like you're on a deserted island waiting for someone to help you. All those Mac workers look miserable to the core. I don't know what their problem is. My friend and I waited sooooo long for help until someone finally acknowledged us. We turned around and other people were waiting and all the workers were doing consisted of walking past them and acting as if they weren't there. Horrible customer service. I don't think customer service exists in their company policy. Either Mac/Macy's don't care who they hire or what. Wouldn't recommend no wouldn't return.

    These barely used  items are the ones they said I could not return (the plastic is still on top of the powder)

    Curiosity killed the cat! I've always seen Karako brand in several locations so this was not a…read morehaphazard event but it was a plan to see if this brand would fit my wardrobe. Walking in there was no salutations, just a direct sales approach more of a cold contact engagement with no ice breaking. After I informed the person in the front of my desires, she escorted me to a certain section, I passed another salesperson who locked eyes and gave a warmer greeting that made me feel more at ease. I didn't find what I wanted because the fad is skinny pants, I do not wear anything skinny, that's not my style and that's predominantly what this store stocks. The sweater and shirt that I tried were fitting on the smaller size as well. I was informed that they do special orders for a classic fit but the price would be doubled, starting at $350. My personal opinion, the fashion industry should consider that they can't force a person to adapt to the current styles so bring back the styles were all men can have choices and not succumb to a certain fad. There was slight turbulence leaving the store due to the person assisting me asked the sales rep for help with locating my desires by referring me to another company. He said he didn't know but I guess he was thinking on it and passed the information to me and the sales lady rudely interrupted him saying that he told her that he didn't know of any locations. The improvement needed, in my eyes and my plus one's eye were, 1. Don't throw your sales representative under the bus, save the disagreements for the empty store. 2. Don't leave the front unattended, especially when you ask the rep to assist. Well. The search continues!

Hemmi and I Facetime my son to figure out the size and pick the color of the suit, shirt and tie. Amazingly everything fit perfectly and my son loved it! Will definitely shop there again!

    *WARNING* This business is extremely shady! I was beyond excited to get a suit ordered for my…read morewedding ceremony, however it was a bit last minute and decided to pay an extra $70 for an overnight delivery. The delivery was inevitably delayed more than I would have liked, but still arrived prior to the wedding ceremony. Much to my dismay, the suit that was sent to me was not the right size which is ironic because ALL suits that I have ordered in the past from other vendors have all been spot on! However this suit for some reason was not the proper fit, and as my wedding was fast approaching I had tried my best to make it work. However, after a lot of feedback from friends and family, they persuaded me to pursue another option for my big day! Though, I was prepared to wear this exact suit for my wedding, I knew that I would eventually be able to exchange the suit, as the exchange policy on their website claimed to be "hassle-free" as long as it was within 30 days! As well they explicitly stated, "Any returns delivered to them with tags removed...store credit would be offered". This was their policy at the time of purchase as well as still when I reached out after the wedding to process an exchange. This is when everything went HORRIBLE! Jared B., handled all email correspondence by simply stating that they will not accept any refunds or exchanges. So I decided to call the customer service number, and guess who picked up? Jared B.! Jared B., persisted with the most rude, condescending, and nasty customer service I have ever heard in my life, essentially denying what was written as their exchange policy. At this point, I informed him that I had taken screenshots of the actual black and white exchange policy and to speak to a supervisor. He then transferred me to a generic voicemail box. After trying to call back repeatedly, I eventually got a different customer care rep who walked through the exchange policy, only to read that it had suddenly changed to "no tags, no exchanges". This is beyond FRAUD, this is malicious! To purposely change their Shopify website AT THE TIME OF THE COMPLAINT, is extremely egregious. I have not only filed an official complaint against this business with the BBB, but I am also going to use all the resources I have as a certified Google Local Guide to warn others to STAY AWAY from this FRAUDULENT business! Had I known that an improperly fitted suit would not be refundable or exchangeable, I would have NEVER chose to spend my money with them! I will furthermore be pursuing litigation against this company as well. It's a shame that a perfectly good suit will now go to waste, all because they messed up my order for my wedding day, and all I wanted was for them to honor their exchange policy, just to see them change it live while on the phone! ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE!
